Variables yet and future help in the development of human resources

 This research aims to study a range of yet and future variables that can affect human resources in Iraq and public organizations that influence the size of each, and the extent of its contribution to the development of human resources through the National Investment Commission of Baghdad. The identified research problem in a set of questions was the most important, what are the variables that help in the development of human resources to the Investment Commission of Baghdad theme of the search, in order to achieve the goal of research and answer questions about the problem, applied research on both the research community's (55) individual executives and employees.

 Researcher has identified a range of these variables is the (technological advances and information, technical training, changes in the patterns of administrative organizations, and intellectual capital, and social). Wan Shan hiring of these variables in the work of public organizations in Iraq that leads to increase the prospects of the development of the Iraqi economy and increase domestic and foreign investment. The questionnaire used a key tool for the collection of data and information as well as personal interviews and cohabitation field, and the study of historical documents and reports of human resources working in the organization surveyed.

For the purpose of analyzing data and information, the researcher used a number of statistical methods including: the percentage, the arithmetic mean is likely, and the standard deviation and factor analysis, research has come to a number of conclusions were highlighted: The process of rehabilitation technical and invest in public organizations Iraqi (bodies domestic investment) of the most important factors of the development of human resources which, as it increases the role of technology in the life of organizations, day after day. One of the most important recommendations are (involvement of employees in developmental courses in universities and academic institutions to enhance their experience and increase the efficiency and skills of human resources in those organizations.

Toxicity Reduction of Reactive Red Dye-238 Using Advanced Oxidation Process by Solar Energy

Decolorization of red azo dye (Cibacron Red FN-R) from synthetic wastewater has been investigated as a function of solar advanced oxidation process. The photocatalytic activity using ZnO as a photocatalysis has been estimated. Different parameters affected the removal efficiency, including pH of the solution, initial dye concentration and H2O2 concentration were evaluated to find out the optimum value of these parameters. The results proved that the optimal pH value was 8 and the most efficient H2O2 concentration was 100mg/L. DETERMINING AN APPROPRIATE INITIAL VALUE OF ECCENTRICITY FOR LOW EARTH SATELLITES USING EULER METHOD

The major goal of this research was to use the Euler method to determine the best starting value for eccentricity. Various heights were chosen for satellites that were affected by atmospheric drag. It was explained how to turn the position and velocity components into orbital elements. Also, Euler integration method was explained. The results indicated that the drag is deviated the satellite trajectory from a keplerian orbit. As a result, the Keplerian orbital elements alter throughout time. Additionally, the current analysis showed that Euler method could only be used for low Earth orbits between (100 and 500) km and very small eccentricity (e = 0.001).

Non-Destructive Testing of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Magnetic Reactive Powder Concrete Containing Nano Silica

This study involves the design of 24 mixtures of fiber reinforced magnetic reactive powder concrete containing nano Silica. Tap water has been used in mixing 12 of these mixtures, while the other 12 have been mixed using magnetic water. Nano Silica (NS) with ratios (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3) % were used. The results showed that the mixture containing 2.5%NS gives the highest compressive strength at age 7 days. Performance of composite unprotected steel Beam-deck floor exposed to high temperature (fire flame)

An experimental program was conducted to determine the residual of composite Steel Beams-Reinforced Concrete (SB-RC) deck floors fabricated from a rolled steel beam topped with a reinforced concrete slab, exposed to high temperatures (fire flame) of 300, 500, and 700ºC for 1 hour, and then allowed to cool down by leaving them in the lab condition to return to the ambient temperature. The burning results showed that, by exposing them to a fire flame of up to 300ºC, no serious permanent deflection occurred.
