...Show More Authors

The aims of the research is to know the role of Organisational learning in building talent management strategies in the Ministry of Science and Technology , where we see the challenges facing organizations today dictate now and in the future activation of scientific expertise to meet these challenges and the dissemination of these concepts within the priorities and data organizational culture of these organizations despite having a lot of the importance of organizational knowledge and learning applications .Despite learning and adopting some of the organizations have to enhance their competitiveness, we find a lot of organizations, including (The ministry researched) still do not realize the importance of the role of organizational learning in building talent management strategies, here identified the problem of study focus has been to . develop suitable solution her as much as possible.

For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the research , the researcher designed a questionnaire that included (45) Points for collecting the primary data from the sample of the research which contained (37) indiviluals. and data were collected by questionnaire, and field visits, personal interviews and some official documents to complete the research data. Was also used a number of statistical tools for data processing, including: arithmetic mean, percentage, standard deviation, for the purpose of sample description, and simple linear correlation coefficient (Spearman) to test hypotheses and link simple linear regression to test the validity effect.

The recorded results of all statistical correlations to Organisational learning in building talent management strategies were strong and significant moral influence, as well as relationships were all significant statistic. Which refers to the role of Organisational learning in influencing the achievement of talent management strategies of organizations.

the research concluded a group of recommendations was the most important: the need to support and enhance Organizational Learning in the ministry examined, including contributing to creating and enhancing in building talent management strategies with in the Ministry

Abstract

The problem of missing data represents a major obstacle before researchers in the process of data analysis in different fields since , this problem is a recurrent one in all fields of study including social , medical , astronomical and clinical experiments .

The presence of such a problem within the data to be studied may influence negatively on the analysis and it may lead to misleading conclusions , together with the fact that these conclusions that result from a great bias caused by that problem in spite of the efficiency of wavelet methods but they are also affected by the missing of data , in addition to the impact of the problem of miss of accuracy estimation

Comparison of Fatigue Life Behavior between Two Different Composite Materials Subjected to Shot Peening at Different Times
...Show More Authors

This paper investigated the fatigue life behavior of two composite materials subjected to different times of shot peening (2, 4 and 6 min). The first material prepared from unsaturated polyester with E-glass reinforcement by 33% volume fraction. While, the second one was prepared from unsaturated polyester with aluminum powder by2.5% volume fraction. The experimental results showed that the improvement in endurance limit was obtained (for the first material) at 2, 4 and 6 min shot peening times where the percentage of maximum improvement was 25% at shot peening time of 6 min. While, the endurance limit of the second material decreased at shot peening times of 2, 4 and 6 min where the percentage of maximum reduction was 29 % at shot peenin

Esterification of Free Fatty Acid with High Chain Alcohol for Biodiesel Production Using Semi-Batch Reactive Distillation
...Show More Authors

The esterification of oleic acid with 2-ethylhexanol in presence of sulfuric acid as homogeneous catalyst was investigated in this work to produce 2-ethylhexyl oleate (biodiesel) by using semi batch reactive distillation. The effect of reaction temperature (100 to 130°C), 2-ethylhexanol:oleic acid molar ratio (1:1 to 1:3) and catalysts concentration (0.2 to 1wt%) were studied. Higher conversion of 97% was achieved with operating conditions of reaction temperature of 130°C, molar ratio of free fatty acid to alcohol of 1:2 and catalyst concentration of 1wt%. A simulation was adopted from basic principles of the reactive distillation using MATLAB to describe the process. Good agreement was achieved.

NEW RECORD OF PLEUROBRACHIA PILEUS (O. F. MÜLLER, 1776) (CTENOPHORA, CYDIPPIDA) FROM CORAL REEF, IRAQI MARINE WATERS
...Show More Authors

The aim of this paper is to present the first record of ctenophore species Pleurobrachia pileus (O. F. Müller, 1776) in the coral reef as was recently found in Iraqi marine waters. The specimens were collected from two sites, the first was in Khor Abdullah during May 2015, and the second site was located in the pelagic water of the coral reef area, near the Al-Basrah deep sea crude oil marine loading terminal. Three samples were collected at this site during May 2015, February and March 2018 which showed that P. pileus were present at a densities of 3.0, 2.2 and 0.55 ind./ m3 respectively. The species can affect on the abundance of other zooplankton community through predation.

SDN-RA: An Optimized Reschedule Algorithm of SDN Load Balancer for Data Center Networks Based on QoS
...Show More Authors
Abstract
With the development of cloud computing during the latest years, data center networks have become a great topic in both industrial and academic societies. Nevertheless, traditional methods based on manual and hardware devices are burdensome, expensive, and cannot completely utilize the ability of physical network infrastructure. Thus, Software-Defined Networking (SDN) has been hyped as one of the best encouraging solutions for future Internet performance. SDN notable by two features; the separation of control plane from the data plane, and providing the network development by programmable capabilities instead of hardware solutions. Current paper introduces an SDN-based optimized Resch
... Show More

Generation of True Random TTL Signals for Quantum Key-Distribution Systems Based on True Random Binary Sequences
...Show More Authors

A true random TTL pulse generator was implemented and investigated for quantum key distribution systems. The random TTL signals are generated by low cost components available in the local markets. The TTL signals are obtained by using true random binary sequences based on registering photon arrival time difference registered in coincidence windows between two single – photon detectors. The true random TTL pulse generator performance was tested by using time to digital converters which gives accurate readings for photon arrival time. The proposed true random pulse TTL generator can be used in any quantum -key distribution system for random operation of the transmitters for these systems

Dynamic thermal modelling of energy storage unit based on PCM under single or two-phase flow conditions
...Show More Authors

Phase change materials are extensively studied for use in low-, mid-, and high-temperature applications due to their melting and solidification temperatures, latent heat, and thermophysical properties. This work aims to explore the energy stored, or released and their duration for the energy storage unit formed of a phase change material surrounding a tube within which a hot or cold, single or Two-Phase fluid flows, serving as a heat source or sink. The 3D axial transient thermal analysis of the energy storage unit is performed using the finite element method via a MATLAB-developed computer program. The effects of single- or Two-Phase fluid flow on temperature distribution, solidification, melting duration, and energy stored within phase ch

Extract from cell culture of medicinal plant like Nigella sativa have been assessed for its cytotoxic properties. Thymol is likely responsible for the theraputic effects of Nigella sativa leaf callus extract. In this short study the inhibitory effect of Nigella sativa leaf callus extract (Thymol) has been studied on Human Lorgnx Epidrmoid Carcinoma (Hep-2) cell line during different exposure period of time (24, 48 and 72 hrs.) using different concentration of the extract (1000, 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100 µg/ml). The optical density of the Hep-2 cells has been readed on 492 nm wave length. Thymol –induced cytotoxicity was (500 µg/ml) which inhibit cell growing compared to the control and this
