The current study aims to identify the needs in the stories of the Brothers Grimm. This study is an attempt to investigate the conceptual metaphor of UP and DOWN commonly used in Iraqi community. Some of the metaphorical expressions in Iraqi colloquial Arabicarewidely used by Iraqi speakers in everyday language. Ithas been analyzed by following the cognitive theory of metaphor (Lakoff& Johnson,1980).The study indicates that the Iraqi speakerexperiences more of the metaphorical expressions of UP and DOWN to referto many of the abstract concepts that shape his/her impression of everyday life situations.

     Face detection is one of the important applications of biometric technology and image processing. Convolutional neural networks (CNN) have been successfully used with great results in the areas of image processing as well as pattern recognition. In the recent years, deep learning techniques specifically CNN techniques have achieved marvellous accuracy rates on face detection field.     The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of Royal jelly RJ on morphology and motility of mice sperms. Sperms were collected from the cauda region of the  epididymis of each 10 mice from the treatment and control groups. Direct activation techniques and evaluation of sperm morphology were carried out.
