The Yamama Formation was studied in three wells (Fh-1, Fh-2, and Fh-3) within Faihaa oil field, south Iraq. Thin sections were studied by using the polarizing microscope examination in order to determine microfossils and biozone. Thirty-five species of benthic foraminifera were recognized, including four index species. In addition,  twelve species of calcareous green algae were recognized, including  two index species. Other fossils that were recognized in Yamama Formation include Gastropoda, Bryozoa, Coral, Rudist, and Pelecypoda.

Six biozones were observed, which are Charentia cuvillieri sp. (Range Zone of Berriasian age), Psudochryalidina infracretacea

Six main microfacies are identified which are Lime Mudstone, Bioclastic Wackeston, Bioclastic Packstone-Wackestone, Bioclastic Wackestone- Mudestone, Pelagic Mudstone–Wackestone, Bioclastic Packstone -Grainston Microfacies in addition to their associated depositional environment. The diagenesis process have affected the Mishrif rocks and played a role in deteriorating reservoir porosity in well Ga-2 and enhancing it in well Ga1,3.These processes include: cementation, micritization, recrystallization,dissolution,compaction pressure solution and dolomitization.

The incorporation of safety characteristics into the traditional pavement structural design or in the functional evaluation of pavement condition has not been established yet. The bacterial contamination of lipsticks and face cream may become a great important matter in the medical laboratories. The present study was designed to determine the types of bacterial contamination in the face cream and lipsticks of undergraduate students. Background: The neonatal deaths account for two-third of all deaths in the first year of life, and 40% of under-five mortality. Extreme prematurity, respiratory distress syndrome , neonatal infections , and congenital malformations are among the common causes of neonatal deaths.
Methods: We retrospectively studied 668 neonates who died over 5 years period from first of Jan. 2000 to the end of Dec. 2004 in neonatal care unit of children Welfare Teaching Hospital-medical city, by obtaining data from reviewing their medical records and death certificates.

Background: Social phobia (SP) is an inappropriate anxiety; experienced in social situations in which the person feels observed by others and could be criticized by them so he/she attempts to avoid such situations.

     Always MRI and CT Medical images are noisy so that preprocessing is necessary for enhance these images to assist clinicians and make accurate diagnosis. Firstly, in the proposed method uses two denoising filters (Median and Slantlet) are applied to images in parallel and the best enhanced image gained from both filters is voted by use PSNR and MSE as image quality measurements. Next, extraction of brain tumor from cleaned images is done by segmentation method based on k-mean.  The result shows that the proposed method is giving an optimal solution due to denoising method which is based on multiple filter types to obtain best clear images and that is leads to make the extraction of tumor more precision best.<
