This study aims to identify human resources development and its role in the development of the insurance industry in the national insurance company, and to inspect how the recruitment requirements for human resource development and its impact in setting up efficient and skilled staff ,good, effective and well prepared based on scientific grounds.

   The concept has been identified the insurance industry as well as understanding human resources and its management and development the main requirements that lead to improve performance within the company. Divided into two main functions, the first type is the staff requirements and functions and the second kind is the requirements and functions of human resource development

The study used analytical and descriptive methodology in ministry of education and educational institutions in Baghdad. While the digital transformation was studied as independent variable with four dimensions, knowledge creation on the other hand was examined as dependent variable with five dimensions .The study aims to unearth the digital transformation and its reflections on knowledge creation as well as to identify the digital roles of educational institutions. Furthermore, the study sought to identify the reflections of digital transformation in the education system, particularly the ministry of education.

The city of Nishapur is one of the cities that had a prominent position and a clear impact on the flourishing of the scientific movement, and this position that it enjoyed was achieved because of the scholars who were incubating them. This study aims at measuring the sectarian prejudice attitude with sample of college student and secondary school students. It also aims at detecting the impact of similarities and differences of the sectarian belief with the parents on the development of sectarian prejudice with their parents according the following variables (gender,grade,achievement of the parents).

The environment plays a fundamental role in the production of
poetry. It is often said that poets are the products of their environment.
The environment has a clear impact on poets in terms of their style
and their choice of simple and reader-friendly words, which do not
require linguistic dictionaries but suit the readers.

            The variation in wing morphological features was investigated using geometric morphometric technique of the Sand Fly from two Iraqi provinces Babylon and Diyala . We distributed eleven landmarks on the wings of Sand Fly species. By using the centroid size and shape together, all species were clearly distinguished.  It is clear from these results that the wing analysis is an essential method for future geometric morphometry studies to distinguish the species of Sand Flies in Iraq.

The Ligand 6,6--(1,2-benzenediazo) bis (3-aminobenzoicacid) derived from o-phenylenediamine and 3-aminobenzoicacid was synthesized. The prepared ligand was identified by Microelemental Analysis, 1HNMR, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic techniques. Treatment of the ligand with the following metal ions (CoII, NiII, CuII and ZnII ) in aqueous ethanol with a 1:1 M:L ratio and at optimum pH. Characterization of these compounds has been done on the basis of elemental analysis, electronic data, FT-IR and UV-Vis, as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements.
