The impact of the market knowledge to improve marketing performance an empirical study for mobil communication companies in iraq
...Show More Authors

The study aimed to determine the extent of market knowledge in the companies researched, as if market knowledge is qualified to lead the companies researched to achieve marketing performance , for this purpose, formulated hypotheses of the study in three hypotheses, the first major hypothesis "there is a correlation with significance of market knowledge to improve the marketing performance  , "while the second major hypothesis, "there is a significant moral influence of market knowledge to improve the marketing performance  " these hypotheses targeting to determine the role played by market knowledge in the leadership of companies researched to achieve improvement in marketing performance  .

And the study showed significant results for most stages of  market knowledge to improving  the marketing performance , as well as the study reached the existence of significant differences between the companies researched the level of market knowledge to improve the marketing performance , and led the results of the practical side of the study on a number of conclusions was the most prominent of which contribute to the market knowledge that makes the organization more able to achieve the  improvement of  the marketing performance  and dominating the target markets, as well as the existence of significant differences between the two companies researched the level of market knowledge to improve the marketing performance  .

*Synthesis, spectral studies and antimicrobial evaluation of 6,6--(1,2-benzenediazo) bis (3-amino benzoic acid) complexes with some metal ions
...Show More Authors

The Ligand 6,6--(1,2-benzenediazo) bis (3-aminobenzoicacid) derived from o-phenylenediamine and 3-aminobenzoicacid was synthesized. The prepared ligand was identified by Microelemental Analysis, 1HNMR, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic techniques. Treatment of the ligand with the following metal ions (CoII, NiII, CuII and ZnII ) in aqueous ethanol with a 1:1 M:L ratio and at optimum pH. Characterization of these compounds has been done on the basis of elemental analysis, electronic data, FT-IR and UV-Vis, as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements. The nature of the complexes formed were studied following the mole ratio and continuous variation methods, Beer's law obeyed over a concentration range (1×10-4 - 3×10-4 M). H

Multiple Mixing Ratios of Gamma Rays Reaction 32 70 70 33 Ge p n As (, ) γ Using a2-ratio Method.
...Show More Authors

The δ-mixing of γ-transitions in 70As populated in the 32 70 70 33 Ge p n As (, ) γ reaction is calculated in the present work by using the a2-ratio methods. In one work we applied this method for two cases, the first one is for pure transition and the sacend one is for non pure transition, We take into account the experimental a2-coefficient for previous works and δ -values for one transition only. The results obtained are, in general, in a good agreement within associated errors, with those reported previously , the discrepancies that occur are due to inaccuracies existing in the experimental data of the previous works.

The 3-aminoacetophenone and 4-aminoantipyrine were used as ‎precursors to prepare new six ligands. The three new ligands (L1,L2 ‎and L3) were synthesis by reacting one mole of 3-aminoacetophenone ‎with one mole of (Acetyl chloride), (benzoyl chloride), (4-‎methoxybenzoyl chloride) and ammonium thiocyanat in acetone as a ‎solvent, they are:-‎ L1 (AAA) =[N-(3-acetylphenylcarbamothioyl)acetamide]‎ L2 (BAA) =[N-(3-acetylphenylcarbamothioyl)benzamide]‎ L3 (MAA) =[N-(3-acetylphenylcarbamothioyl)-4-methoxy benzamide]‎ Also three new derivatives of 4-aminoantipyrine were synthesis by ‎reacting one mole of 4-aminoantipyrine with one mole of (Acetyl ‎chloride), (benzoyl chloride), (4-methoxybenzoyl chloride) and ‎ammonium thio

Kinetic and thermodynamic Studies Of Alanine Aminopeptidase(AAP) Isoenzymes I,II Partially Purified From Patient's Urine With Urinary Tract Cancer
...Show More Authors

The activity of Alanine aminopeptidase( AAP ) was measured in the urine of healthy and urinary tract cancer patients , the results showed higher activity of (AAP) in patients compared to healthy . AAP was Purified from the urine of healthy and patients with urinary tract cancer by dialysis and gel filtration (Sephadex G – 50) and two isoenzymes of (AAP) were separated from urine by using ion-exchang resin (DEAE – Sephadex A – 50 ) in previous study. The kinetics studies showed that both isoenzymes I and II obeyed Michaelis – Menton equation . with optimal concentration of alanine-4-nitroanilide as substrate for isoenzymes I and II which was (2 x 10-3 mol/L ). The two isoenzymes obeyed Arrhenius equation up two 37° C and t
