This study presents a mathematical model describing the interaction of gut bacteria in the participation of probiotics and antibiotics, assuming that some good bacteria become harmful through mutations due to antibiotic exposure. The qualitative analysis exposes twelve equilibrium points, such as a good-bacteria equilibrium, a bad-bacteria equilibrium, and a coexisting endemic equilibrium in which both bacteria exist while being exposed to antibiotics. The presence of gypsum in soil as bonding agent alters its behavior with a large influence on itsphysical properties.Soil samples were taken from two locations of different gypsum content(S1 = 30.5% and S2= 20%) inMakhmur area. TheUnified soil classification system indicated that soil type was clay with low plasticity(CL). Basic methods of physical testing of soils, such as grain size analysis,specific gravity and atterberg limit were applied. Stabilizationof the gypsiferous soil was performed by addinglimestone waste powder takenfrom Said sadiqandPirmam areas,with different percentages(5%, 15%,25%).The results show that the addition of limestone powder to the tested soils decreases their liquid and plastic limits.

There are many respiratory diseases like chronic bronchitis, bronchial carcinoma and emphysema which are related to chronic tobacco smoking.Objectives: To study the effect of tobacco smoking on the respiratory system, to establish a correlation between chronic tobacco smoking and its effects on the parameters which were studied and to create awareness in tobacco smokers about the effects of tobacco on their healthMethod: In this study 100 male subjects, 50 chronic smokers and 50 non- smokers were assessed for their pulmonary function tests by using a computerized spirometer.Results: Almost all their respiratory parameters were significantly reduced.
