  Twenty binary liquid crystalline mixture diagrams were investigated with polarizing microscope and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Four binary mixture diagrams were constructed to identify the smectic phase which is found to be the same in all components of the homologous series (4-n-alkoxy -2, 3, 5, 6-tetra methyl-4-n-alkoxy azo benzene) (nPA4M). The article describes a study on the role of vitamin C as a protective agent for the teeth, gum, and implants using quantum chemical calculations and polarization tests. The Density Functional Theory (DFT) at 6-311G (d, p) basis set is used to estimate the ability of vitamin C to inhibit the corrosion of the abovementioned parts. The experimental study was performed in a at human body media simulator (Hank’s balanced salt solution) at a temperature of 37°C. Dyspepsia is a significant public health issue that affects the entire world population. In this work, we formulate and analyze a deterministic model for the population dynamics of Gut bacteria in the presence of antibiotics and Probiotic supplements. All the possible equilibria and their local stability are obtained. The global stability around the positive equilibrium point is established. Numerical simulations back up our analytical findings and show the temporal dynamics of gut microorganisms.
