Distribution of Municipal Services and Some Factors Affecting Them (A survey in a sample of districts from Rushed municipal in Baghdad)

s The study aims to identify the fairness in the distribution of municipal services between  municipal districts and areas, from point of view  of municipal chamber staff and from the point of view of the citizen. It also aims to identify factors affecting the fairness of the distribution of municipal services. Municipal services were being studied : hygiene and waste, water supply, sewer, creating gardens,  and street paving .Factors which  examined its impact on municipal services are: resources available to municipal chamber, the managerial  process at municipal chamber,  and factors in the external environment surrounding  municipal chamber.The results of the study showed that level of the equitable distribution of municipal services to  various districts and areas were below average according to the opinions of employees in the municipal chamber while above average according to the opinions of citizens , and  there is statistically significant variation between the views of the parties , staff and citizens ,about fairness in distribution of municipal services  . Results showed  also that there are a weakness in managerial process (planning, organization, leadership and control ) at the  municipal chamber , low efficiency of the human resources available to municipal , lack of an effective and efficient system of information for decision-makers, and that those factors had a direct impact on the fairness in the distribution of municipal services distribution of municipal ervices.

Improve the Performance of PID Controller by Two Algorithms for Controlling the DC Servo Motor

The paper uses the Direct Synthesis (DS) method for tuning the Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controller for controlling the DC servo motor. Two algorithms are presented for enhancing the performance of the suggested PID controller. These algorithms are Back-Propagation Neural Network and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The performance and characteristics of DC servo motor are explained. Rapid Detection of Aspergillus flavus isolates producing aflatoxin using UV light on different culture media

This study included the isolation and identification of Aspergillus flavus isolates associated with imported American rice grains and local corn grains which collected from local markets, using UV light with 365 nm wave length and different media (PDA, YEA, COA, and CDA ). One hundred and seven fungal isolates were identified in rice and 147 isolates in corn.4 genera and 7 species were associated with grains, the genera were Aspergillus ,Fusarium ,Neurospora ,Penicillium . Laboratory Study on the Susceptibility of Locally Bread Wheat Cultivars to Infestation by Green Bug

Five bread wheat cultivars was selected namely, IPA99, Tamouz 2, Rasheed, Abu-ghraib And Iraq, were selected for susceptibility to green bug, Schizaphis graminum R.(Aphididae: Homoptera) infestation. Experiments done in under laboratory temperature 20±2C˚, humidity 65±5 % at 12h light.
