Application Effect of the Conflict Management Strategies On Increasing Workers Productivity at the Electricity Company (IGEC) (Field Study Irbid Governorate)

Research aimed to explore the Application Effect of the Conflict Management Strategies by the managements to solve conflict between and inside the conflicted parties within (IGEC) to increase the productivity of the workers. To collect data, 110 questioners had been distributed among managers and heads of departments of all managerial levels, 102 answered questioners regained, 5 of them were disqualify for statistical analytic, only 97 were taking in consideration   for statistical analysis presenting 93% of the retained number.

SPSS Program supported with a group of statistical tools, had been used for analysis purposes such as Kronbach Alpha test to assure the validity & stability of the tool, mains, and standard deviation, hypothesis approved by using simple deviation.

The most important conclusions comes out of this research were;

  • The existence sign of statistical function to the effect of applying the strategies of integration, conciliation, and avoidance used by managements in increasing productivity.
  • There were no sign of effect in statistical function by the use of bargaining or domination strategies in increasing productivity.

The most important recommendations were:

  • Pay much interest and consideration to the dialogue and discussion process between workers to solve the conflict among them by concession of part of their goals.
  • Company should seek the persuasion of one side with the point of view of their opponents to increase productivity.

The effect of some herbicides on the companion weed to three cultivars of oats

A field experiment was carried out to find out the effect of some herbicides(Pallas, Crash, U46) on the companion weed to three cultivars of the oat crop (Shefa, Hamel, and Pimula) and the yield and its components of these cultivars. The results showed the superiority of the two treatments of spraying weed herbicides (T1 and T2 ) by giving the best results, as they recorded the lowest number of weed plants after 30 days of spraying reached 1.44 and 1.67 plant/m2 . Besides, the lowest weed dry weight was 0.11 and 0.00 g/m2, and the highest inhibition percentage in dry weight was 98.44% and 100.0% of the two treatments, respectively. Space-Charge Effect on the Theoretical Design of Enzil Lens

The presentwork is a theoretical study in the field of charged particle optics. It concentrates on the design of electrostatic enzil lens for focusing charge particles beams, using inverse method in designingthe electrostatic lens. The paraxial ray equation was solved to obtain the trajectory of the particles, the optical properties such as the focal length and spherical and chromatic aberration coefficients were determined. The shape of the electrode of the electrostatic lens were determined by solving poison equation and the results showed low values of spherical and chromatic aberrations, which are considered as good criteria for good design.

Determination The Effect of ZnO on Iraqi Bentonite Surface Properties

The effect of different flooding ratio on Al-Shuwaija marsh

In this research, the effect of changing the flood level of Al-Shuwaija marsh was studied using the geographic information systems, specifically the QGIS program, and the STRM digital elevation model with a spatial analysis accuracy of 28 meters, was used to study the marsh. The hydraulic factors that characterize the marsh and affecting on the flooding such as the ranks of the water channels feeding the marsh and the degree of slope and flat areas in it are studied. The area of immersion water, the mean depth, and the accumulated water volume are calculated for each immersion level, thereby, this study finds the safe immersion level for this marsh was determined.
