The analysis was done by groups of health guide indicators. The objectives of the study were to identify the spatial variation of health services and assess the health situation for families following the environmental and administrative units of the studied area. Oils were extracted from seeds of Trigonella foenum graecum as well as from seeds of Elettaria cardamomum, then separated and characterized by Gas Chromatography with Mass spectra GC/MC twelve different compounds of Trigonella foenum graecum oil were identified, the highest rate was for the compound 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid (Z,Z) which was found with rate of 38.97
،%then accompanied with 31.85% of 9-Octadecenoic acid (Z)-, methyl ester.
On other hand fifty four (54) different compounds were separated from fixed oils of Elettaria cardamomum , the highest rate for the compound 3-Cyclohexene-1-methanol, .alpha.,.alpha.,4-trimethyl-, acetate which was 22.88% then the compound Butyl 9,12-octadecadienoate with a rate of 21.22 % .

This study on the plant of Ain –AL Bason Catharanthus roseous showed the ability of callus cells that is produced by In Vitro culture technique and transformed to the accumulated media (MS 40gm/L sucrose ,2gm/L IAA Indole acetic acid , 0.5gm/L Tryptophan) to produce Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds. Extraction, purification and quantitive determination of Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds using High performance liquid chromatography technique (HPLC)were carried out. The results showed that the highest concentration of Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds were ( 4.653,12.5 (ppm /0.5 dry Wight respectively from transformed callus cells from MS 40 gm /L sucrose , 2 gm / L NAA Naphthaline acetic acid .
