Diagnosing the information technology (IT) capabilities and It’s Effect to Achieving A competitive Superiority Analytical Research in Baghdad soft drinks Company/Al- Zafaraniya

Purpose: The current research attempts to diagnosis the reflection level of Information Technology (IT) Capabilities (Architectural, infrastructure, human resources, relationships resources, and dynamic capabilities) at Baghdad soft drinks Company/Al- Zafaraniya to achieving the competitive superiority represented by indicators (Cost, quality, flexibility, delivery and innovation). Recognizing the importance of the subjects studied, and because of the importance of the expected results of the field under consideration.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The experimental method has been used, the questionnaire used to collect the data in order to develop a trustworthy prototype measurement and correct for the changes of the IT capabilities and competitive superiority. This questionnaire is used as a main tool for collecting date from the sample totaling (30s) people, as well as personal interviews and actual observations. The results are analyzed by using the mean, standard deviation and CV, in addition to "F and T" tests and the factor R2.

Findings: The research of the sample found that competitive superiority is effected directly in the IT dynamics capabilities, IT human resources capabilities, IT infrastructure capabilities, and less in IT relationships resources, and more than in IT Architectural capabilities. a model measuring variables competitive superiority with IT capabilities variables, moreover, the results support the hypothesis influence and correlation between the surveyed  variables.

Practical Implications: The current research provides useful measurement for Information Technology Capabilities, it helps the managers to use to assess the current situation in the capabilities of the company performance. Managers may improve their performance programs more effectively and efficiently through their strategic orientation towards competitive superiority.

Originality/ Value: This research undertakes help industrial organizations to deal with the challenge imbedded in increase the competitive superiority and enforcing IT capabilities, and how to influence IT capabilities dimensions in achieve a competitive superiority.

Effect of Substrate Temperature on Characteristics and Gas Sensing Properties of Nb2O5/Si Thin Films

The inhibitory effect of partially purified LPS on Candida glabrata yeast was studied in a microdilution method. This study found that LPS has an inhibitory effect on Candida glabrata with the lower concentrations. The inhibitory effect of LPS which treated with heating was studied under boiling and wet heat effect. Effect of Saturation of Sandy Soil on the Displacement Amplitude of Soil Foundation System under Vibration

In this study, the response and behavior of machine foundations resting on dry and saturated sand was investigated experimentally. A physical model was manufactured to simulate steady state harmonic load at different operating frequencies. The effect of relative density, depth of embedment, foundation area as well as the imposed harmonic load was investigated. Study the Effect of Pyocyanin Extracted from Pseudomonas aeruginosa on DNA Fragmentation of Human Lymphocytes Cells

Eight isolates of P. aeruginosa were obtained out of 90 water samples. The isolated colonies were identified based on their morphology and biochemical characteristics, were confirmed as P. aeruginosa by the API 20E test system.
The percentages of P. aeruginosa recovery in this study were 8.8.% All isolates were able to produce greenish blue pigment (pyocyanin). Pyocyanin at all concentrations was significantly increased the percentage of fragmented DNA of peripheral blood lymphocyte cells compared to control , results showed that DNA fragmentation percentage was higher in concentration 50 μg/ml (70%,74.3%) at 24 hr,48hr respectively.
