العلاقة بين نوعية حياة العمل والإبداع التنظيمي (بحث تطبيقي في ديوان وزارة التخطيط)

    يهدف البحث الحالي إلى اختبار العلاقة بين نوعية حياة العمل والإبداع التنظيمي في ديوان وزارة التخطيط ، ولبلوغ الهدف المذكور وبناء على معطيات البحث الاستطلاعي للباحث بني ألانموذج الفرضي للبحث الذي ضم المتغير المستقل والمعتمد، واعتماداً على حركية الأنموذج صيغت فرضيتان، ولاختبار صحة الفرضيات وجمع المعلومات من عينة البحث البالغة (100) مدير يمثلون مركز القرار في ديوان وزارة التخطيط، ولقد اعتمد البحث على مجموعة من الوسائل أهمها:الاستبانة والمقابلات والتقارير الرسمية،  وعولجت البيانات بمجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية لتحديد طبيعة العلاقة ومستوى متغيرات البحث وإبعاده وهي نوعية حياة العمل بأبعادها (التكامل الاجتماعي، تطوير المقدرات، النمو الوظيفي، المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات والموازنة بين العمل والحياة)، ثم الإبداع التنظيمي بأبعاده (القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات، قدرة او سعة الاتصال، روح المجازفة والمخاطرة، القدرة على التغيير الابداعي وتشجيع الابداع) وفي ضوء نتائج البحث وتحليلاته تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان من بينها.وجود علاقات ارتباط وتأثير بين متغيرات البحث.اما من بين التوصيات التي توصل إليها البحث هي تبني وزارة التخطيط فلسفة خاصة في مجال تعزيز آليات تحسين نوعية حياة العمل تنسجم مع الآثار التي تحقق التغيرات الجذرية في مجال الإبداع التنظيمي حصرا.

Effect of green colour on glass quality

The study of green colour in glass has a special importance on the glass quality, specially the effect of ferrous oxides content of the limestone. Results obtained that there was a reduction in green colour when different ferrous oxide contents in the limestone were added in glass production, limestone sources from two quarries, and the first contains 0.67% ferrous oxide and the second posses less ferrous oxide.

Reduction of green colour showed higher transmittance12% and it could be suggested that reduction of ferrous oxides content in the limestone is of special importance on the optical properties of glass.

Assessment of Dibdibba Groundwater Quality Using the Multivariate Statistical Technique in Zuber area South of Iraq

A statistical multivariate analysis was done using cations and anions, pH, total dissolved solids (TDS), and electrical conductivity (EC) that were measured for drinking, livestock, and construction purposes. Water Quality Index Assessment using GIS Case study: Tigris River in Baghdad City

In this study water quality index (WQI) was calculated to classify the flowing water in the Tigris River in Baghdad city. GIS was used to develop colored water quality maps indicating the classification of the river for drinking water purposes. Oilwell cementing operations are crucial for drilling and completion, preserving the well's productive life. However, weak and permeable formations pose a high risk of cement slurry loss, leading to failure. Lightweight cement, like foamed cement, is used to avoid these difficulties. This study is focused on creating a range of foamed slurry densities and examining the effect of gas concentration on their rheological properties. Water Quality of Groundwater and Diyala River in Jisr Diyala Area within Baghdad City- Iraq

Groundwater is very important for different uses in the present study area which represents Jisr Diyala, located in southeastern Baghdad and covered with quaternary deposits which include the shallow aquifer in the area. Groundwater and surface water were investigated to determine their suitable uses. The main ion concentrations of the wet period seemed to be lower than those in the dry period. According to TDS values, the water is classified as brackish to salty with a high degree of hardness. Most of water samples were of NaCl type due to pollution with sewage water and rock-water interaction. The results show that the water of the study area is suitable for livestock and irrigation purposes only.
