The impact of cultural dimensions in nursing performance
...Show More Authors

  Abstract

The cultural contrast is considered of the essential subjects in the field of administration of international businesses which have great and effective role for representation in one social system for the individuals have various belongings, and the nursing performance is considered an essential basic for health care, thus a discussion for two variables have done to formulate the intellectual frame for this research which are( the cultural contrast and the nursing performance). depended a questionnaire as a research tool by(90) he/ she nurses of the Iraqis and the arrivals( the Indian personnel) in Alsaddir general educational hospital. the important of the research lies in presenting intellectual deep rooting for the nature of the variables based on applicable potential via application theoretical concept in the practical field, and the research has highlighted that the nurses tended to the collective work, and they prefer sharing and solidarity in the nursing work performance, and the arrival nurses have very high skills exceeded the Iraqi nurses also distinguished from the Iraqi nurses in all cultural dimensions of the addressed subject, and the most prominent results that the researcher has realized, the existence of liaison correlation and the effect of cultural contrast in the effectiveness of the nursing performance.

An Efficient Numerical Method for Solving Volterra-Fredholm Integro-Differential Equations of Fractional Order by Using Shifted Jacobi-Spectral Collocation Method
...Show More Authors

The aim of this article is to solve the Volterra-Fredholm integro-differential equations of fractional order numerically by using the shifted Jacobi polynomial collocation method. The Jacobi polynomial and collocation method properties are presented. This technique is used to convert the problem into the solution of linear algebraic equations. The fractional derivatives are considered in the Caputo sense. Numerical examples are given to show the accuracy and reliability of the proposed technique.

MORPHOLOGICAL AND MOLECULAR DESCRIPTION FOR A NEW RECORD OF NEMATODE ACROBELOIDES VARIUS KIM, KIM & PARK, 2017 (RHABDITIDA, CEPHALOBIDAE) FROM IRAQ
...Show More Authors

This study aimed to identify and describe one of the bacterial feeder nematode Acrobeloides varius Kim, Kim and Park, 2017 (Rhabditida, Cephalobidae), which was isolated from soil samples that were collected from Baghdad, central of Iraq, and was classified using both morphological and molecular criteria. All specimens of A. varius were cultured, identified and described using morphometric criteria. Selected specimens (Zah. IRQ3 OR994579.1 isolate) of this species were characterized by having the body length of the male ranging from (184.94 – 221.72 μm), the body length of the female ranging (507.38 – 521.92 μm) and the body length of the juvenile ranging from (355.53 – 490.35 μm). Selected specimens of this species were m

Preparation, Spectra and Biological Properties of Transition Metals ((III) and (II) Mixed - Ligand Complexes with 5-Chlorosalicylic Acid and L-Valine
...Show More Authors

Mixed ligand metal complexes of CrIII, FeIII,II, NiII and CuII have been synthesized using 5-chlorosalicylic acid (5-CSA) as a primary ligand and L-Valine (L-Val) as secondary ligand. The metal complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, electrical conductance, magnetic susceptibility measurements and spectral studies. The electrical conductance studies of the complexes indicate their electrolytic nature. Magnetic susceptibility measurements revealed paramagnetic nature of the all complexes. Bonding

Examining Metal Complexes Formed from New Schiff Base ‎Ligand ‎Derived from Benzene Carbaldehyde: Evaluation of Anti-‎biofilm and ‎Anti-bacterial Properties
...Show More Authors

One of the most difficult tasks in modern medical societies is the process of identifying a cure for many infectious diseases caused by drug-resistant microbes. Therefore, it has become necessary to discover new compounds that work in this regard. The currently prepared Schiff base, derived from thiazole, has a biological activity against bacteria and biofilms and its activity increases when it is associated with copper, zinc and platinum ions and forms metal complexes. This study highlights the synthesis and evaluation of novel biological compounds as inhibitors of bacterial growth and biofilms. A three newly complexes are resulting from the reaction of a new Schiff base ligand (LC) with metal ions (Zn, Cu, Pt). The new ligand (LC)

Photocatalytic degradation of Congo red dye using magnetic silica-coated Ag2WO4/Ag2S as Type I heterojunction photocatalyst: Stability and mechanisms studies
...Show More Authors

In the present study, magnet silica-coated Ag2WO4/Ag2S nanocomposites (FOSOAWAS) were fabricated via a multistep method to address the drawbacks related to single photocatalysts (pure Ag2WO4 and pure Ag2S) and to clarify the significant influence of semiconductor heterojunction on the enhancement of visible-light-driven organic degradation. Different techniques were performed to investigate the elemental composition, morphology, magnetic and photoelectrochemical properties of the fabricated FOSOAWAS photocatalyst. The FOSOAWAS photocatalyst (1 g/L) exhibited excellent photodegradation efficiency (99.5%) against Congo red dye (CR = 20 ppm) after 140 min of visible-light illumination. This result confirmed the ability of the heterojunction be

Abstract
Assessing water quality provides a scientific foundation for the development and management of water resources. The objective of the research is to evaluate the impact treated effluent from North Rustumiyia wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) on the quality of Diyala river. The model of the artificial neural network (ANN) and factor analysis (FA) based on Nemerow pollution index (NPI). To define important water quality parameters for North Al-Rustumiyia for the line(F2), the Nemerow Pollution Index was introduced. The most important parameters of assessment of water variation quality of wastewater were the parameter used in the model: biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen dem
... Show More
