Purpose: The research aims to diagnose the current availability of knowledge workers characteristics and the role of these characteristics in knowledge acquision in the city of Sulaimaniya Directorate of Electricity, and to identify the differences between personal and occupational characteristics of a sample of research and its impact on the availability of such properties.

Design/methodology/approach :to achieve the objectives of the research questionnaire was developed especially for it and then distributed to a sample of engineers and technicians working in the Directorate of Electricity city of Sulaimaniya, where the sample of the research (52) respondents.

Findings:  the most important conclusions reached

The research has arrived to the following results:
1. There were critical views that accompanied the beginnings of (Muwashah). These
views were derived from literary criticism that handled the ancient Arabic poetry, especially
its kinds that were concerned with artificiality in addition to the views based on rivalry
among makers of (Muwashah) in front of the audience so as to judje who is the best
according to artistic response.
2. There existed new critical views, their originality was shown through the new critical
theories that appeared especially those concerned with receiving the text and reading theory.

This study proposed control system that has been presented to control the electron lens resistance in order to obtain a stabilized electron lens power. This study will layout the fundamental challenges, hypothetical plan arrangements and development condition for the Integrable Optics Test Accelerator (IOTA) in progress at Fermilab. Thus, an effective automatic gain  control (AGC) unit has been introduced which prevents fluctuations in the internal resistance of the electronic lens caused by environmental influences to affect the system's current and power values ​​and keep them in stable amounts. Recurrent strokes can be devastating, often resulting in severe disability or death.      Theoretically, an eight-term chaos system is presented. The effect of changing the initial conditions values on behavior Chen system was studied. The basic dynamical properties of system are analyzed like time series, attractor, FFT spectrum, and bifurcation. Where the system appears steady state behavior at initial condition x_{i ,} y_i , z_i equal (0, 0, 0) respectively and it convert to quasi-chaotic at x_i ,y_i ,z_i  equal (-0.1, 0.5,-0.6).
