يعد الشيخ المحدث محمد بن الحسن الحر العاملي (1033- 1104هـ)، احد ابرز العلماء الذين افنوا اعمارهم الشريفة في خدمة حديث رسول الله (صلى الله عليه واله وسلم) , وكتابه (تفصيل وسائل الشيعة الى تحصيل مسائل الشريعة )، يعد احد المجاميع الحديثية المهمة لدى الامامية ،التي يرجع اليها الفقهاء في عملية استنباط الاحكام الفقهية، منذ تأليفه حتى عصرنا الحاضر، ومن المعلوم ان الامامي

 يعالج هذا البحث التوظيف الدلالي للمصادر في التعبير القرآني، وفيه يظهر أن أبنية المصادر ليست قوالب لفظية، تقتصر وظائفها على التعبير عن الحدث المعنوي الذي تتضمنه فحسب، وإنما هي بنية لغوية لها أفق دلاليّ واسع، حيث تمتزج بعناصر السياق وتتفاعل مع علاقاته التركيبية، فتؤدِّي وظائف دلالية متنوعة، يُبنى عليها كثير من المزايا البلاغية والأسلوبية.

In this study, we made a comparison between LASSO & SCAD methods, which are two special methods for dealing with models in partial quantile regression. (Nadaraya & Watson Kernel) was used to estimate the non-parametric part ;in addition, the rule of thumb method was used to estimate the smoothing bandwidth (h). Penalty methods proved to be efficient in estimating the regression coefficients, but the SCAD method according to the mean squared error criterion (MSE) was the best after estimating the missing data using the mean imputation method

This research deals with the rhetoric purposes of the passive voice in the holy Quran. First, we put an introductory to the concept of the Quran language and its difference of the spoken Arabic language during the revelation period. Besides; we gave a brief about the structure passive voice form of Arabic language. Second, we explained the purposes of passive voice used in the holly Quran with sufficient examples, commentaries and clarifications about all the cases.
