Big Data Approch to Enhance Organizational Ambidexterity An Exploratory Study of a Sample of Managers at ASIA Cell For Mobile Telecommunication Company in Iraq
...Show More Authors

The research aimed at measuring the compatibility of Big date with the organizational Ambidexterity dimensions of the Asia cell  Mobile telecommunications company in Iraq in order to determine the possibility of adoption of Big data Triple as a approach to achieve organizational Ambidexterity.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach to collect and analyze the data collected by the questionnaire tool developed on the Likert scale After  a comprehensive review of the literature related to the two basic study dimensions, the data has been subjected to many statistical treatments in accordance with research hypotheses By using the SPSS program .The research has reached many conclusions, the most important of which are: The existence of relationship between the Big data in its three dimensions and organizational Ambidexterity, reflecting a state of  compatibility between the two variables, indicates that the potential for the adoption of the Big Data trilogy as  approach to Ambidexterity In the field, the research has made a number of recommendations, including that Ambidexterity is one of the best treatments adopted in the face of challenges and environmental changes that maintain the organization's continuity in the environment by expanding its current activities, entering into new activities and for the purpose of achieving them requires Provide the necessary data, which must be of a specific size and diversity, as well as provide it with the required speed.

The 3-aminoacetophenone and 4-aminoantipyrine were used as ‎precursors to prepare new six ligands. The three new ligands (L1,L2 ‎and L3) were synthesis by reacting one mole of 3-aminoacetophenone ‎with one mole of (Acetyl chloride), (benzoyl chloride), (4-‎methoxybenzoyl chloride) and ammonium thiocyanat in acetone as a ‎solvent, they are:-‎ L1 (AAA) =[N-(3-acetylphenylcarbamothioyl)acetamide]‎ L2 (BAA) =[N-(3-acetylphenylcarbamothioyl)benzamide]‎ L3 (MAA) =[N-(3-acetylphenylcarbamothioyl)-4-methoxy benzamide]‎ Also three new derivatives of 4-aminoantipyrine were synthesis by ‎reacting one mole of 4-aminoantipyrine with one mole of (Acetyl ‎chloride), (benzoyl chloride), (4-methoxybenzoyl chloride) and ‎ammonium thio

Kinetic and thermodynamic Studies Of Alanine Aminopeptidase(AAP) Isoenzymes I,II Partially Purified From Patient's Urine With Urinary Tract Cancer
...Show More Authors

The activity of Alanine aminopeptidase( AAP ) was measured in the urine of healthy and urinary tract cancer patients , the results showed higher activity of (AAP) in patients compared to healthy . AAP was Purified from the urine of healthy and patients with urinary tract cancer by dialysis and gel filtration (Sephadex G – 50) and two isoenzymes of (AAP) were separated from urine by using ion-exchang resin (DEAE – Sephadex A – 50 ) in previous study. The kinetics studies showed that both isoenzymes I and II obeyed Michaelis – Menton equation . with optimal concentration of alanine-4-nitroanilide as substrate for isoenzymes I and II which was (2 x 10-3 mol/L ). The two isoenzymes obeyed Arrhenius equation up two 37° C and t

Adsorption of 4-Chlorophenol from Aqueous Solution onto Iraqi Bauxite and Surfactant–modified Iraqi Bauxite: Equilibrium, Kinetic, and Thermodynamic Studies
...Show More Authors

Natural Bauxite (BXT) mineral clay was modified with a cationic surfactant (hexadecy ltrimethy lammonium bromide (BXT-HDTMA)) and characterized with different techniques: FTIR spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The modified and natural bauxite (BXT) were used as adsorbents for the adsorption of 4- Chlorophenol (4-CP) from aqueous solutions. The adsorption study was carried out at different conditions and parameters: contact time, pH value, adsorbent dosage and ionic strength. The adsorption kinetic (described by a pseudo-first order and a pseudo-second order), equilibrium experimental data (analyzed by Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin isotherm models) and thermodynamic parameters (change in s

The measurements and tests of the samples conducted in the laboratories of the College of Agriculture included isolating bio-fertilizers and testing the efficiency of isolates that fix atmospheric nitrogen and solubilize phosphorous compounds. Bacteria were isolated and identified from the rhizosphere soils of different plants collected from various agricultural areas. A total of 74 bacterial isolates were obtained based on the phenotypic characteristics of the developing colonies, as well as biochemical and microscopic traits. The results of isolation and identification showed that among the 74 bacterial isolates, there were 15 isolates of A. chroococcum, 13 of Az. lipoferum, 13 of B. megaterium, 10 of P. putida, 10 of Actinomycetes, and n

Asphalt Binder Modification with High-Density Polyethylene Polymer and Low-Density Polyethylene Polymer – Efficiency of Conducting Semi-Wet Mixing Process
...Show More Authors

In this research, the performance of asphalt mixtures modified with polyethylene polymer (PE) by adding 2%, 4%, and 6% percentages was evaluated. Two kinds of PE are employed: Low-Density PE (LDPE) and High-Density PE (HDPE). The semi-wet mixing technique (SWM) was conducted to avoid stability issue for PE-modified binder during storage condition. Many experimental tests were conducted to evaluate the ability of these mixtures to withstand the effects of loads and moisture. The hardness index of these mixtures was also measured to determine their resistance to the effects of high temperatures without causing permanent deformations. The results showed that adding PE led to a remarkable enhancement in the performance of PE-modified mixtures.
