The effect of managerial Process Reengineering on organizational citizenship Applied research on Electronic Industries Company
...Show More Authors

ABSTRACT

The research aims to know the reality of a two examined variables at the organization studied identifying the relationship between managerial processes reengineering and organizational citizenship behavior. The research applied on the Electronic Manufacturing Company encompassing a sample of managers and employees consisted of (100) individuals. A questionnaire is the main instrument for data gathering, which has been included (45) questions as well as personal interviews to support the questionnaire's questions and to achieve greater realism for collecting information.

Answers were analyzed to reach the final results through the use of a number of statistical methods via the statistical package (SPSS). The research has sought to test main hypotheses with the minor ones regarding correlation and regression relationships for answering questions that express the research problem, especially the basic question related with whether if there is some effect of managerial processes reengineering on the organizational citizenship behavior in the company studied?

The research reached into some conclusions, the most important one is that there is a significant correlation and impact relationships between managerial processes reengineering and organizational citizenship behavior in the organization studied. Many commendations has also been reached, the most important ones are the notably increased reliance upon information technology for its vital role in minimizing lost time for operations through the provision of an electronic database that employees rely on their need to catch up with developments and stimulates them to do business more quickly and easily. Moreover, there is a need to develop educational courses and seminars for notifying employees about the importance of volunteerism and its benefits in addition to promote these behaviors through regulations and instructions necessary to reward the spontaneity and voluntarism efforts through various policies and human resources programs.

Irrigation Scheduling Effect on Water Requirements
...Show More Authors

Irrigation scheduling techniques is one of the suggested solutions for water scarcity problem. The study aims to show the possibility of using practical and applicable irrigation scheduling program which was designed by Water Resources Department at the University of Baghdad by using Spreadsheet Formulas for Microsoft Excel program, version 2007, with some modification to generalize it and made it applicable to various climatic zone and different soil types, as a salvation for the shortage of irrigation water inside the irrigation projects. Irrigation projects which incidence of Tigris River basin will be taken as an applicable example. This program was based on water budgeting and programmed depending on scientific concepts which facili

MRP is a system intended for the batch manufacturing of discrete parts including assemblies and subassemblies that should be stocked to support future manufacturing needs.  Due to the useful information provided by MRP it has evolved into a Manufacturing Resources Planning, MRP II, a system that ties the basic MRP system to the other functional areas of the company such as marketing, finance, purchasing, etc.  The objective of this research, which was conducted at the State Company for Batteries Manufacturing, is to test the performance of some popular lot-sizing techniques used within MRP II framework. It is hypothesized that the technique which minimizes the total inventory costs does no

There is an assumption implicit but fundamental theory behind the decline by the time series used in the estimate, namely that the time series has a sleep feature Stationary or the language of Engle Gernger chains are integrated level zero, which indicated by I (0). It is well known, for example, tables of t-statistic is designed primarily to deal with the results of the regression that uses static strings. This assumption has been previously treated as an axiom the mid-seventies, where researchers are conducting studies of applied without taking into account the properties of time series used prior to the assessment, was to accept the results of these tests Bmanueh and delivery capabilities based on the applicability of the theo

The law contains many types of formal contracts, including the sale of real estate contract, the mortgage and the mortgage insurance on real estate, and the contract for the sale of machinery and vehicles and the contract of sale of the ship. The purpose of this research is to highlight the concept of form, because of the growing importance that has become and which began to expand the expansion of contracts and the multiplicity of new contracts have become necessary to the legal texts to address the effects of legislative treatment, especially electronic contracts, which form has an important role in the conclusion for the privacy it enjoys. Where the vast and accelerating development in today's world, which knows no boundaries except God'

The Effect of Linguistic Propositions on the Collection of Arabic Language Norms and the Development of Critical Thinking among Middle-Grade Students.

The reality of teaching the Arabic language rules is not satisfactory, as the pedagogical methods used do not help students develop their mental skills, especially critical thinking skills. They are often traditional in terms of teaching students, who are passive, passive, often passive, active, and often active, their listening task, and the teacher's task of narrating facts and judgments. It is a blind simulation student, a dependency on others, and a weak spirit of creativity, innovation, and opinion. The opinions of educators and teachers almost agree on the reasons for students' weakness in learning the rules of Arabic, and that the reason lies in the way of teaching. The difficulty or the ease of the rules of Arabic does not lie in th

The Effect of Mechanical Combined Contact Stress with Buckling Load on the Stress Distribution in the Ball and Socket Joint Mechanism
...Show More Authors

The design of components subjected to contact stress as local compressive stress is important in engineering application especially in ball and socket Joining.  Two kinds of contact stress are introduced in the ball and socket joint, the first is from normal contact while the other is from sliding contact. Although joining two long links (drive shaft in steering cars) will cause the effect of flexural and tensional buckling stress in hollow columns through the ball and socket ends on the failure condition of the joining mechanism. In this paper the consideration of the combined effect of buckling Load and contact stress on the ball and socket joints have been taken, epically on the stress distribution in the contact area. Study of The Effect of Concentration on The Efficiency of The Sensitive N749-TiO2 Solar Cell
...Show More Authors

In this research, we studied the effect of concentration carriers on the efficiency of the N749-TiO2 heterogeneous solar cell based on quantum electron transfer theory using a donor-acceptor scenario. The photoelectric properties of the N749-TiO2 interfaces in dye sensitized solar cells DSSCs are calculated using the J-V curves. For the 〖(CH_3)〗_3 COH solvent, the N749-TiO2 heterogeneous solar cell shows that the concentration carrier together with the strength coupling are the main factors affecting the current density, fill factor and efficiency. The current density and current increase as the concentration increases and the strength coupling increases as the N749-TiO2 heterogeneous in solar cell. However, the efficiency is more sens
