This study aims to prepare Cadmium Sulphide (CdS) thin films using thermal Chemical Spray Pyrolysis (CSP) on glass of different temperatures substrate from cadmium nitrate solution. Constant thickness was (430 ± 20 nm) and the effect of substrate temperature on the optical properties of prepared thin films.

The current research aims to identify the time-management skills based on the post-test of the experimental group as well as to examine the effect of a training program on developing the skills of managing time among the study sample. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher designed a scale of time management skill included (30) paragraphs. The research reached that the training program is significantly effective in managing and organizing time. The aim of this study is to recognize the influence of model of active thinking in achievement ofeighth grade students andtheir visual thinking in science.The finds of this research show the superiority students of the experimental group who studied the science material by using the active thinking model on the students of the control group who studied by usual method, in the achievement test. Also the finds show that the students of the experimental group are more successful than students of control group in the test of visual thinking, so the two null hypotheses have been rejected.
