The elements of Venus orbit and its position are affected by the gravitational force of near planets therefore the elements were determined with Julian date through ten years 2011-2020. The orbital elements used to calculate Venus distance from the Sun, the heliocentric and geocentric equatorial coordinates. From the results the orbit of Venus and its position were described and show the gravity effect of near planets on it. The results get the values and their variation through ten years for the eccentricity, semi-major axis, inclination, longitude of ascending node, argument of perihelion, mean anomaly and distance from the Sun. Nanocrystalline TiO 2 and CuO doped TiO 2 thin films were successfully deposited on suitably cleaned glass substrate at constant room temperature and different concentrations of CuO (0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2) wt% using pulse laser deposition(PLD) technique at a constant deposition parameter such as : (pulse Nd:YAG laser with λ=1064 nm, constant energy 800 mJ, with repetition rate 6 Hz and No. of pulse (500).
