The role of performance management in Achieving Organizational success
...Show More Authors

The idea of this research is the basis of the role exercised by the dimensions of performance management (Performance Planning- performance evaluation- improve the performance and development- feedback - Review and Performance Monitor) In order to achieve the success Organizational Is through the (strategic vision- the operational activity- development of the company- selection of personnel- the company's culture- Leadership and Management- Personal Development - Assessment and Review). And The research aims to identify the extent of the responsibility of performance management in achieving success  Organizational through main hypotheses branched out by the sub-hypotheses to knowing out the  between research and impact variables through the use of a number of statistical methods. And researcher used personal interviews and field homeliness and to questionnaire a tool for measuring and data on the sample in the collection of the practical side. And so to answer questions on the problem of research. And it may be distributed to the 66 members of their (Director- assistant Director) in the General Company of Cotton Industries                                                                                                                   Baghdad– Kadhimiya and have been relying on the program (spss) statistical and some statistical measures such as the arithmetic mean. standard deviation.

The coefficient of variation, Simple deviation coefficient, Multi-deviation and coefficient as well as leveraged subjected to sincerity and stability to ensure the validity of statistical result have also been relying on researches and studies concerning the researches in the theoretical side. And in the light of the statistical results Find reach a number of conclusions was the most important of the impact of significant differences between the performance management and success Organizational in the General Company of Cotton Industries Baghdad–Kadhimiya addition to a set of recommendations by the researcher believes that it may contribute to addressing some of the problems and constraints faced by the company surveyed.

Flying Ad hoc Networks (FANET): Performance Evaluation of Topology Based Routing Protocols
...Show More Authors

Flying Ad hoc Networks (FANETs) has developed as an innovative technology for access places without permanent infrastructure. This emerging form of networking is construct of flying nodes known as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that fly at a fast rate of speed, causing frequent changes in the network topology and connection failures. As a result, there is no dedicated FANET routing protocol that enables effective communication between these devices. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the performance of the category of topology-based routing protocols in the FANET. In a surveillance system involving video traffic, four routing protocols with varying routing mechanisms were examined. Additionally, simulation experiments conduct

Marshall Performance and Volumetric Properties of Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene Modified Asphalt Mixtures
...Show More Authors

The durability of asphalt pavement is associated with the properties and performance of the binder. This work-study intended to understand the impact of blending Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) to conventional asphalt concrete mixtures and calculating the Optimum Asphalt Content (OAC) for conventional mixture also; compare the performance between SBS modified with the conventional mixture. Two different kinds of asphalt penetration grades, A.C. (40-50) and A.C. (60-70), were improved with 2.5 and 3.5% SBS polymer, respectively. Marshall properties were determined in this work. Optimum Asphalt Content (OAC) was 4.93 and 5.1% by weight of mixture for A.C. (40-50) and (60-70), respectively. Marshall properties results show an increasem

Simulated Performance of TFRC, DCCP, SCTP, and UDP Protocols Over Wired Networks
...Show More Authors

Multimedia applications impose different QoS requirements (e.g., bounded end-to-end delay and jitter) and need an enhanced transport layer protocol that should handle packet loss, minimize errors, manage network congestion, and transmit efficiently. Across an IP network, the transport layer protocol provides data transmission and affects the QoS provided to the application on hand. The most common transport layer protocols used by Internet applications are TCP and UDP. There are also advanced transport layer protocols such as DCCP and TFRC. The authors evaluated the performance of UDP, DCCP, SCTP, and TFRC over wired networks for three traffic flows: data transmission, video streaming, and voice over IP. The evaluation criteria were thro

Optimizing performance of water-cooled photovoltaic-thermal modules: A 3D numerical approach
...Show More Authors

To evaluate and improve the efficiency of photovoltaic solar modules connected with linear pipes for water supply, a three-dimensional numerical simulation is created and simulated via commercial software (Ansys-Fluent). The optimization utilizes the principles of the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics by employing the Response Surface Method (RSM). Various design parameters, including the coolant inlet velocity, tube diameter, panel dimensions, and solar radiation intensity, are systematically varied to investigate their impacts on energetic and exergitic efficiencies and destroyed exergy. The relationship between the design parameters and the system responses is validated through the development of a predictive model. Both single and mult

Agroforestry, grass, biofuel crop, and row‐crop management effects on soil water dynamics for claypan landscapes
...Show More Authors

Soil water use and water storage vary by vegetative management practices, and these practices affect land productivity and hydrologic processes. This study investigated the effects of agroforestry buffers (AB), grass buffers (GB), and biofuel crops (BC), relative to row crops (RC) on soil water use for a claypan soil in northern Missouri, USA. The experiment located at the Greenley Memorial Research Center included RC, AB, GB, and BC established in 1991, 1997, 1997, and 2012, respectively. Soil water reflectometer sensors installed at 5‐, 10‐, 20‐, and 40‐cm depths monitored soil water from April to November in 2017 and 2018. Results showed significant differences in weekly volumetric water content (VWC) among treatments for all fou
