The system stability is proved using Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs), which guarantees the asymptotic stability of the system. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted for
positively confirmed 35 patients with polymerase chain
reaction in Wasit province at AL-Zahraa Teaching
