...Show More Authors

This research aims to determine the role of employee performance evaluation of the achievement of the quality of human resources in the Office of the Inspector General / Martyrs Foundation requirements by employing comparison steps reference with the Office of the Inspector General / Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has been touching the researchers need the Office of the Inspector General / Martyrs Foundation to apply assess the performance is good for workers and the employment of its outputs to achieve the requirements of the above-mentioned system, and in order to stand on this role we raised the following question President: (is the quality of human resources requirements are achieved through the employment of benchmarking to evaluate the performance of employees in the surveyed?) Organization

In order to achieve the goal of the research, and answer the questions of the problem reach researchers through theoretical thought and studies related to the construction of a prototypical scheme supposedly shows the relationship between research variables, it consisted of employee performance evaluation system variable declaratory included four sub-dimensions (the quality of the goal of the system, standards performance evaluation, performance assessment methods, feedback), and the requirements of the quality of human resources as a variable is a response included six sub-dimensions (recruitment, training and development, compensation, continuous improvement, teamwork, satisfaction of internal customer) and variable broker benchmarking consists of four dimensions, namely, ( planning, analysis, integration, implementation) has reacted to these variables to form a frame, which is the research.

Research community of individuals working all in the office of the Inspector General / Martyrs Foundation and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research across all administrative levels, as was the use of the style of the random sample and that 75 individuals numbered product in the application of research, and the response rate (100%), and used may be resolution as an essential tool in collecting data and information, as well as conducting personal interviews and actual views, and analysis of data was used software (SPSS), through which was obtained percentages and duplicates, and test Alpha Crow Nbach, the coefficient of Spearman correlation, and analysis of simple regression, analysis of the track, and testing Mann-Whitney used to test the hypotheses.

Through the search results which showed that the performance of workers applied in the Office of the Inspector General / Martyrs Foundation lowest average evaluation system and weaknesses in achieving the above requirements compared to the performance of employees in force in the Office of the Inspector General / Evaluation and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research system as well as the testing and analysis of the results of the hypotheses conclude the researchers said employee performance evaluation system contributes to the quality of human resources requirements and have a greater impact by employing a reference comparison.

And went Find a set of recommendations based on the conclusions reached by including the need to take the two organizations (researched and reference) attention and care more performance evaluation for employees by setting the goal of the system is a high quality and the development of methods and criteria used to rely on its outputs and in collaboration with the consulting office system, particularly the Advisory Office College of management and Economics University of Baghdad, Baz achieve the quality of human resources requirements.

Detection The Prevalence of Adhesins and Extracellular hydrolytic enzymes genes in Candida albicans Biofilm Formation
...Show More Authors

Biofilm formation (BF) is one of the most important virulence factors of
Candida spp. The aim of this study was to detect the prevalence of genes
responsible in biofilm formation of C. albicans by conventional PCR technique.
Among 49 vaginal specimens (VC), C. albicans was the most predominant species
in percentage 22/49 (45%) and 27(55%) were non albicans. Out of 47 oral
specimens (OS), 22/47(47%) were C. albicans, whereas 25(53%) were non albicans.
At the present study; all C. albicans were biofilm producers with variable strength,
out of 44 BF producers, 18 (40.9%) were low biofilm (LBF) with significant
differences (P<0.05) between HVS and OS, 25 (56.8%) moderate or high biofilm
(HBF) and just one isolat

Background: Chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM) is the result of aninitial episode of acute otitis media and is characterized by a persistent discharge from the middle ear through a tympanic perforation for at least 2 weeks duration. It is an important cause of preventable hearing loss, particularly in the developing world.Methods. 1. To get an overview on the bacterial ear infection profile in general 2. To assess the antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonal infection (PS) particularly since it is usually the commonest infection to cause otitis media and the most difficult to treat due to the problem of multi drug resistance... A cross sectional study was done which included 405 patient of CSOM patients196 (48%) case were males ,209 (52

Evaluation of the proliferation marker Ki67 as a prognostic factor in patients with breast carcinoma
...Show More Authors

Background: Breast cancer is the most frequent cancer in women worldwide and in Iraq. Proliferation rates of neoplastic process can be useful in predicting prognosis, aggressiveness of cancers and to guide treatment protocols in clinical practice.
Objectives: To evaluate the role of Ki67 as a proliferative marker through analysing the associations between Ki67 with the clinic-pathological parameters, hormone receptors and Her2/neu expression.
Patients and methods: Forty paraffin blocks belonging to patient with breast carcinoma and ten blocks with benign diseases were included in this retrospective cross-sectional study and used for the immunohistochemical assessment of hormone receptors, Her2/neu and Ki67.
Results: Mean age of

The Role of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential Study in Patients With Moderate Closed Head Injury
...Show More Authors

Background: The high prevalence of head injury among civilian populations and the provision of the adequate hospitals services have become matters of worldwide concern. Brain-stem auditory evoked potentials (BAEPs) have been shown to be of highly resistant to systemic factors and toxic or metabolic derangements, making them particularly useful in differentiating reversible brain-stem dysfunction from that due to structural disruption.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the changes in   brainstem evoked response (BAER( in patient with moderate closed head injury and   assessing again these changes in BAER six months later as follow up indices.

serum amylase occurs in cases of perforated peptic ulcer partly as a result of increase leakage of pancreatic enzymes rich fluid from the perforation site with subsequent absorption by peritoneal lymphatics & partly due to damage of pancreases by digestive enzymes that spilled through the perforation.
Objectives: To determine the significance of abnormally high level of serum amylase in patients undergone operation for PDU, to study the factors that tend to bring about elevated serum amylase level in these patients.
Patients and Methods: A prospective study of 250 patients with perforated duodenal ulcer (PDU) at al kindy teaching hospital, Baghdad, Iraq from June 2008- august 2010. patients were examined clinically and investig
