...Show More Authors

Abstract:

The achievement of agricultural development provide food security and to form a basis for economic growth and comprehensive social, requires a number of actions to overcome the obstacles and problems facing the development of this economic sector, to make it able to achieve food security and operation of the workforce, and reduce dependence on the outside in the provision of food peripherals, and so it is only available through the highest degree of efficiency and economic mobilization of resources, so most of the developed and developing countries alike seek to achieve sustainable agricultural development tobacco meet the food requirements and good jobs for current and future generations, and that keeps the productive capacity and the renewal of the natural resource base, but in the Iraqi economy, the achievement that it is facing many difficulties due to a range of obstacles interlocking and overlapping of infrastructure destruction after 2003 and the problems of land from salinity and desertification, as well as water problems, environmental pollution and low investment in the agricultural sector, and the state stop from providing the necessary support to the agricultural sector, as well as the surge in agricultural production inputs prices, and reduced use of agricultural technology, as well as trade policy problems and the resulting flooding Iraqi markets with imported agricultural goods, as well as the weakness of the financial, technical and technological potential of the private agricultural sector, all these constraints have had a negative impact at the agricultural sector, so the importance of this research to try to find effective solutions to address the problems facing this vital sector through the provision of full support by the state represented by the Ministry of Agriculture, which includes support production requirements of improved seeds, fertilizers, mechanization and water pumps as well as support the final product prices of what those procedures from a large and influential role in achieving food security for a large segment of the Iraqi population.

Aims to find out the (Extent of mathematics teachers' appreciation of the mathematical problem `multiple solutions) Research sample consisted of (100) mathematics teachers distributed on the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad (Rusafa 1/2/3) and (Karkh 1/2/ 3) There was two research approach which are: The first - two different answers of students to the same issue where teachers must assess each answer and explain which one the teacher will accept and why? The second - Different solutions of students' to the same issue, including wrong answers , Teachers should correct the answers and give them final grades (0-10). Descriptive and analytical Approch was used in this research methodology And zero hypotheses, which are as f

Adsorption of Congo Red Dye from Aqueous Solutions by Wheat husk
...Show More Authors

The Wheat husk is one of the common wastes abundantly available in the Middle East countries especially in Iraq. The present study aimed to evaluate the Wheat husk as low cost material, eco-friendly adsorbents for the removal of the carcinogenic dye (Congo red dye) from wastewater by investigate the effect of, at different conditions such as, pH(3-10), amount of adsorbents (1-2.3gm/L),and particle size (125-1000) μm, initial Congo red dye concentration(10, 25 , 50 and 75mg/l)  by batch experiments. The results showed that the removal percentage of dye increased with increasing adsorbent dosage, and decreasing particle size. The maximum removal and uptake reached (91%) , 21.5mg/g, respectively for 25 initial concent

REMOVAL OF CHROMIUM(VI) FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS USING SAWDUST AS ADSORBENT
...Show More Authors

In the present study, a low cost adsorbent is developed from the naturally available sawdust
which is biodegradable. The removal capacity of chromium(VI) from the synthetically prepared
industrial effluent of electroplating and tannery industrial is obtained.
Two modes of operation are used, batch mode and fixed bed mode. In batch experiment the
effect of Sawdust dose (4- 24g/L) with constant initial chromium(VI) concentration of 50 mg/L and
constant particle size less than1.8 mm were studied.
Batch kinetics experiments showed that the adsorption rate of chromium(VI) ion by Sawdust
was rapid and reached equilibrium within 120 min. The three models (Freundlich, Langmuir and
Freundlich-Langmuir) were fitted to exper

Analytical solutions via coupled Elzaki adomian decomposition method for some applications
...Show More Authors

An efficient combination of Adomian Decomposition iterative technique coupled Elzaki transformation (ETADM) for solving Telegraph equation and Riccati non-linear differential equation (RNDE) is introduced in a novel way to get an accurate analytical solution. An elegant combination of the Elzaki transform, the series expansion method, and the Adomian polynomial. The suggested method will convert differential equations into iterative algebraic equations, thus reducing processing and analytical work. The technique solves the problem of calculating the Adomian polynomials. The method’s efficiency was investigated using some numerical instances, and the findings demonstrate that it is easier to use than many other numerical procedures. It has

Solutions of special types of nonlinear differential equations with fractional order
...Show More Authors

The major aim of this work is to apply a technique, Elzaki transform (ET), which is an iterative analytical technique to achieve an approximate analytical solution for some applications of nonlinear differential equations. This technique depends on applying ET which has been used to break down the partial differential equation solution into an infinite number of components. Moreover, some illustrative examples are given and the results obtained indicate the proposed method’s accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Results like this demonstrate how effective and efficient this method is in resolving problems of this kind. Therefore, using fractional differential equations as a model, our suggested approach can be used to analyze the

Solutions for some integral equations by variation iteration adomain decomposition method
...Show More Authors

The major aim of this work is to propose a novel method, the Variation Iteration Adomain Decomposition Method (VIADM), an iterative semi-analytical method to achieve an approximate analytical solution for nonlinear (Volterra / Fredholm) integral equations. This technique depends on applying the Adomain Decomposition Method (ADM) to a nonlinear term that can be solved using Adomain polynomials. The VIADM has been used to break down the Volterra integral equation solution into infinite components. Furthermore, some illustrative examples are given, and the results obtained indicate the proposed method’s accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

Embryonic Development of Eye Lens in Mosquito fish Gambusia affinis (Baird and Girard, 1853)
...Show More Authors

The embryonic development of the Mosquito fish(Gambusia affinis) eye lens was investigated using light microscopy .The results indicated that the embryonic development of the lens does not correspond to that of the non spherical lenses of terrestrial vertebrates .This study showed that a very small cavity in the lens vesicle appears during development ,but it differs from that of the mammalian lens. The most important aspect in this study is that ,the posterior edge of the simple cuboidal epithelium which covers the anterior half of the surface of the lens is situated well beyond the equatorial region of the lens .As a result , the germinal and transitional zones became closer to the posterior pole rather than the anterior pole of the le

Comparative Study for Removal of Zn+2 Ions from Aqueous Solutions by Adsorption and Forward Osmosis
...Show More Authors

The aim of this paper was to investigate the removal efficiencies of Zn+2 ions from wastewater by adsorption (using tobacco leaves) and forward osmosis (using cellulose triacetate (CTA) membrane). Various experimental parameters were investigated in adsorption experiment such as: effect of pH (3 - 7), contact time (0  - 220) min, solute concentration (10 - 100) mg/l, and adsorbent dose (0.2 - 5)g. Whereas for forward osmosis the operating parameters studied were: draw solution concentration (10 - 150) g/l, pH of feed solution (4 - 7), feed solution concentration (10 - 100) mg/l. The result showed that the removal efficiency by using adsorption was 70% and the removal efficiency by using forward osmosis was 96.2 %.
