The search came to conclusions which noted the possibility of adopting entrance Leader-member exchange theory in Telecom, asiacell with all dimensions higher than the mean responses of premise (3) with the application of most of the company's theory and research, among other recommendations, the most important of the asiacell telecommunications company from a Leader-member exchange theory being theories dealing with tight time leaders and their people can rely on them and provide them with more confidence and authority
