Abstract

The present search addressed the "strategic Vigilance and their impact in Organizational success "Where has the objective of strategic Vigilance and Organizational success of increasing importance at the present time, for being fairly modern topics, which have a tremendous impact on the success of organizations.

This research aims to find out what kinds of strategic watch available in General AL- Faris company, Ministry of industry, and the most important for the company, and learn the relationship and impact between vigilance strategy and organizational success, the system (SPSS) access to statistical results, General Knight company was chosen to the Ministry of industry as a research field study, and the study was composed of (Division Manager, Department head, Assistant General Manager, General Manager) (71) Personnel, formulated the hypothesis link the main contact between strategic Vigilance and Organizational success ramifications of which four hypotheses subsidiary, as formulated Four hypotheses influence between strategic Vigilance and Organizational success The ramifications of each of the four sub-hypotheses , the research found that all hypotheses link and influence between the variables and sub is a powerful and significant moral Research found that the best dimension of strategic vigilance is technology vigilance, and that all hypotheses link and effect between the primary and secondary variables are powerful and moral significance, as recommended by a number of recommendations, including: lack of focus on one type of company's strategic vigilance by administrative leaders, but diversification in using all kinds of vigilance (environmental, technology, trade and competitiveness), And at all administrative levels, with emphasis on environmental vigilance, because it means that the company's future by strengthening strengths and seize opportunities, work to recruit and orient new technologies towards the establishment of a network of communication and information between the various departments and divisions among and between its departments with support for communication and coordination among them

...Show More Authors
Abstract
<title>Background

Poly-ether-ether-ketone (PEEK) was introduced in dentistry as an alternative to metal alloys.

Objective

To assess the effectiveness of PEEK-fixed retainers in preserving the stability of mandibular anterior and participant satisfaction as compared to the Dead-soft coaxial fixed retainer (DSC).

Trial design

A single-centre, two-arm parallel groups

Evaluating dental implant stability using three devices Osstell®, Periotest®, and AnyCheck®: a clinical study
...Show More Authors

Introduction: Implant stability is usually measured with resonance frequency analysis (RFA) and damping capacity assessment (DCA). This study aimed to measure primary and secondary stabilities using 3 devices that are based on these methods, namely; RFA (Osstell®) and DCA (Periotest® and AnyCheck®) to assess the correlations of the measurements obtained by these devices and the correlations between implant stability and insertion torque. Material and Methods: This observational prospective study included 35 dental implants. The implant stability was measured using the 3 devices. Mann–Whitney U

The antifungal Aureobasidin A and an analogue are active against the protozoan parasite<i>Toxoplasma gondii</i>but do not inhibit sphingolipid biosynthesis
...Show More Authors

Toxoplasma gondiiis an obligate intracellular protozoan parasite of the phylum Apicomplexa, and toxoplasmosis is an important disease of both humans and economically important animals. With a limited array of drugs available there is a need to identify new therapeutic compounds. Aureobasidin A (AbA) is an antifungal that targets the essential inositol phosphorylceramide (IPC, sphingolipid) synthase in pathogenic fungi. This natural cyclic depsipeptide also inhibitsToxoplasmaproliforation, with the protozoan IPC synthase orthologue proposed as the target. The data presented here show that neither AbA nor an analogue (Compound 20), target the protozoan IPC synthase orthologue or total parasite sphingol

Antibacterial action of AgNPs produced from different isolates of Gram positive and Gram-negative bacteria on biofilm of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from RTI
...Show More Authors

Introduction and Aim: Klebsiella pneumoniae is a Gram-negative bacterium responsible for a wide range of infections, including respiratory tract infections (RTIs). This research was aimed to study the antibacterial and anti-biofilm effect of AgNPs produced by Gram positive and negative bacteria on RTIs associated with K. pneumoniae.   Materials and Methods: The biofilm formation of K.  pneumoniae was determined by tube method qualitatively from select bacterial species characterized by UV-Visible spectroscopy. The antibacterial susceptibility of the bacteria AgNPs was tested for their antibacterial and antibiofilm activity on a clinical isolate of K. pneumoniae.   Results: K. pneumoniae isolated from RTIs were strong biofilm prod

Sustainable Removal of Dyes from Wastewater Using Eggshell-Derived Calcium Carbonate Nanoparticles: Adsorption Isotherms, Kinetics, and Thermodynamic Analysis Supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
...Show More Authors

This study explores eggshell waste as a low-cost, eco-friendly adsorbent for removing Aniline Blue dye from water. Batch and continuous experiments under various conditions showed effective performance. FTIR and SEM analyses confirmed porosity and functional groups. The adsorption followed the Sips isotherm and pseudo-first-order kinetics. The porous calcium carbonate structure enhanced dye removal. Thermodynamic results indicated an endothermic and spontaneous process. Lower flow rates improved performance in fixed-bed columns. The study supporting environmentally friendly solutions aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Preparation, characterization, antioxidant activity of 1-(2-furoyl) thiourea derivatives and study the molecular docking of them as potent inhibitors of Urease enzyme
...Show More Authors

In this work, we synthesized thirteen compounds of 1-(2-furoyl)thiourea derivatives 1-13 by conversion of 2-furoyl chloride to 2-furoyl isothiocyanate by reacting it with potassium thiocyanate in dry acetone in a quite short reflux time then, in the same pot, different of (primary and secondary amines) were added individually to achieve thiourea derivatives. The products were characterized spectroscopically using (FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR) techniques. Some of them were evaluated as antioxidant agents using DPPH radical scavenging method, and all were examined theoretically as enzyme inhibitors against Bacillus pasteurii urease (pdb id: 4ubp) and  by studying  molecular docking using Autodock (4.2.6) software.
