This research aims to measure the productivity of nursing services and recognize the reality of providing such services in some public hospitals in the province of Diyala, as well as identify the most important factors affecting the productivity of nursing services, and developer measure adopted by the researcher (Kien, 2012), which includes seven factors (workforce , management team, stimulation, pressure of working hours (time), material / equipment, supervision, safety), Used the experimental method in the search, one of the private scientific research curriculum depends primarily on the scientific experiment and study of the subject, or a scientific phenomenon, which provides an opportunity to learn the facts through these experiences, for the purpose of measuring the factors affecting the productivity of nursing services, and research involved a sample of nurses working in hospitals (Virgin educational and Baquba educational year), and the sample was selected group of nurses, workers and nurses in providing nursing services for hospitals surveyed totaling (300), a nurse and a nurse form the equivalent of (100%) of them, for the purpose of measuring the factors affecting the productivity of nursing services, and research involved a sample of nurses working in hospitals ((Baquba General Teaching Hospital , and AL Batool Teaching Hospital), it has subjected measure of test validity and reliability, and used many of the statistical methods such as mean and standard deviation, test (T), and exploratory Kaiser - Meyer - Aolkin scale and test Bartlett which measures the correlation between variables as well as the U Mann Whitney test differences morale among the answers of nurses in the surveyed hospitals, using statistical software (SPSS), The research concluded inter conclusions Perhaps the most prominent of the authorized distribution for the preparation of nurses on different sections in these hospitals is appropriate to the needs of these sections, which led to the burden of high work on some nurses, especially in the consulting departments and emergency with the lack of appropriate incentives for nurses parallel tasks assigned to them, as well as for the wages granted to them is not equivalent to the effort by them, and there is no granted opportunities for them to develop their skills and complete their studies all contributed significantly to the lack of motivation to work, has recommended the search a number of recommendations including the need to take into account the needs of each department of the hospital nurses according to the number of patients who are in each section in order to distribute the workload evenly all the nurses in these hospitals, as well as a review of rewards and incentives granted to them and that the grant is in line with the seriousness of the work and its size within the surveyed hospitals.
the behavior of the first-order black and gray solitons propagtedin optical fiber in the presence of frequency chirp is studied analytically and numerically results show that phase profile of black solitons changes abruptly
Background: Cancer is a lethal disease that results from a multifactorial process. Progression into carcinogenesis and an abnormal cell proliferation can occur due to the micro and macro environment as well as genetic mutations and modifications. In this review, cancer and the microbiota – mainly bacteria that inhabit the tumour tissue – have been discussed. The positive and negative impacts of the commensal bacteria on tumours being protective or carcinogenic agents, respectively, and their strategies have also been described. Methods: Related published articles written in English language were searched from Google Scholar, PubMed, Mendeley suggestions, as well as Google search using a combination of the keywords ‘Microbiota, commens

This research is included in the study of one of the most important rules of jurisprudence, which is (necessity descends the status of necessity, controls and applications) branching from the major rule (hardship brings facilitation) and since the jurisprudential rule is defined as knowledge of a total or majority rule that applies to all its parts. He has to know all the branches that fall under him, which leads to understanding Sharia, controlling jurisprudential issues and linking them to its rules, so that no contradiction occurs, and he has the jurisprudential faculty that he promotes in consideration and diligence. And what is meant by need: is what is lacking in terms of expansion and raising the distress that often lea
An experiment was carried out evaluate the performance of RAU combined equipment under three levels of practical speed, (V1) 4.06 km. h-1, (V2) 4.43 km. hr-1 and (V3) 5.76 km. hr-1, and three levels of depth with 10,20and 30 cm. It is denoted by D1, D2, D3 respectively. A split plot design was used within the RCBD design with three replications. The experiment results showed that the first practical speed 4.06 km.hr-1 achieved the lowest slippage percentage from 9.61%, lowest traction power 14.65hp, lowest soil penetration resistance to1.34 kg.cm-2, and the highest total operating
As a result of the increase in wireless applications, this led to a spectrum problem, which was often a significant restriction. However, a wide bandwidth (more than two-thirds of the available) remains wasted due to inappropriate usage. As a consequence, the quality of the service of the system was impacted. This problem was resolved by using cognitive radio that provides opportunistic sharing or utilization of the spectrum. This paper analyzes the performance of the cognitive radio spectrum sensing algorithm for the energy detector, which implemented by using a MATLAB Mfile version (2018b). The signal to noise ratio SNR vs. Pd probability of detection for OFDM and SNR vs. BER with CP cyclic prefix with energy dete
... Show MoreAdaptive responses in larval behavior may be of two kinds: Taxis: This involves a change in direction relative to source of a stimulus. Kinesis: Kinesis has no directional component, but involves change in the rate of performance in response to a stimulus. Drosophila larvae exhibited flexible behavioral responses associated with food acquisition and selection for different environmental conditions. In this investigation, we are concerned explosively with kinetic responses to food viability. Third instar larvae were subjected to test for thirty minutes in each of the following conditions i) in distilled water, ii) in Ringer's solution, iii) in glucose solution and on live yeast suspension. In each case the larva was in a thin layer of solu
