A Comparison Between Maximum Likelihood Method And Bayesian Method For Estimating Some Non-Homogeneous Poisson Processes Models
...Show More Authors

Abstract

The Non - Homogeneous Poisson  process is considered  as one of the statistical subjects which had an importance in other sciences and a large application in different areas as waiting raws and rectifiable systems method , computer and communication systems and the theory of reliability and many other, also it used in modeling the phenomenon that occurred by unfixed way over time (all events that changed by time).

This research deals with some of the basic concepts that are related to the Non - Homogeneous Poisson process , This research carried out two models of the Non - Homogeneous Poisson process which are the power law model , and Musa –okumto ,   to estimate the parameter of the model that mentioned above , It have been used maximum likelihood method and Bayesian method in the estimation of the parameter that is used in this Research . in order to find the best method in the estimation , we referring to simulation method in which we tested four size of samples ( 25, 50 , 75, 100) to illustrate the effect of changes in samples size on features estimation , Also we suppose four initial value for every parameter from research models parameter and for making a comparison between the used method in estimation as it depend on mean square error (MSE) . As the result referred to that   maximum likelihood method is the best and efficient way in estimation in which it gives the minimum mean square error (MSE).

The research aims to shed light on the importance of Natural gas as a National wealth is not being used optimally to be a financial resource is important to Iraq in addition to Oil, as well as could be used as an important Source of Energy, instead of burning gas is a waste of wealth and Contribute to the contamination of the environment. Research Reviews the importance of Natural gas, where is currently about a quarter of global energy consumption. Then deals with the reality of the gas industry in Iraq and winning because of the volume of waste incineration, which reached a rate (45%) of the gas Associated with oil, where Iraq is fourth globally in Terms of the amount of gas Burned. Finally, this paper discusses the future of n

The dialectic of climate extremes between reality and fiction
...Show More Authors

This research studies the conflict issue regarding climate rapid change  as a fact which occupied scientists and specialists  alike, who research in this particular field, especially in recent years and how this matter has been dealt with according to real and in fictional structures via films and TV.

The researcher dealt with two researches in this study :

The first : climate extremes, human and drama rituals.

The second : realistic and imaginary construction in the cinematographic medium.

The study is based on the analysis of the film "GeoStorm", which focuses on the issue of global natural storms and the dangerous weather phenomena that threaten our planet as a result of neglect and tampering

For the period 14/ 5/ 2016 to 4/ 6/ 2016 in order to study the effect of adding Curcuma longa - to the diet of quails - on some productive and physiological characteristics of the Japanese quail birds bred for meat production. Using (48) quail birds which are two weeks old provided by Department of Agricultural Research. The birds were divided randomly after weighing them into three treatments; four replicate treatments for (4 bird/ replicate). The treatments as follows: (T1) control group (fed diet without any supplement), second (T2) and third (T3) groups were fed diet supplemental 4.5 and 9g Curcuma powder /

Use Dynamic Bayesian network to estimate the reliability of Adamia Water Network

Abstract\

In this research, estimated the reliability of water system network in Baghdad was done. to assess its performance during a specific period. a fault tree through static and dynamic gates was belt and these gates represent logical relationships between the main events in the network and analyzed using dynamic Bayesian networks . As it has been applied Dynamic Bayesian networks estimate reliability by translating dynamic fault tree to Dynamic Bayesian networks and reliability of the system appreciated. As was the potential for the expense of each phase of the network for each gate . Because there are two parts to the Dynamic Bayesian networks and two part of gate (AND), which includes the three basic units of the

The value of freedom and its relationship to the will of God for the actions of worshipers between Islam and existentialism
...Show More Authors

This research discusses one of the largest and most important issues of a doctrinal and philosophical dimension at the same time, which is the issue of man’s freedom to choose his actions, and thus his responsibility for those actions, by looking at the nature of these acts, their being and the origin of their creation. He showed that they were created in man by force, and that he was their original creator, and that they were among the creatures of the God Almighty God like others, but they are attributed to man through acquisition. So to the first saying went Jahmiyya or Jabariyya, and to the second saying went to fatalism in the past, and the existentialists shared with them in the modern era, and to the third saying went to the Sun
