The Prova 200 solar panel analyzer is used for the professional testing of four solar cells at Baghdad climate conditions. The focal point behind conducting this research is to show the importance that writing is taking as a skill in learning the language. This paper aims to provide a diameter of Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) level for the companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. It also tries to show the FRQ effects on the dividend policy.
