Relationship of the key elements of Knowledge management with strategic performance / filed research sample of private banks in Baghdad

objective  the research to diagnosis and interpretation of the nature of the correlation between the  basic elements of knowledge management (tecgnology , structure , culture , process , human resource ) and the strategic performance of the Iraqi private banks, the research community and the level dimensions, and  tested this research in the private banking sector represented by (7), especially in Baghdad city, Iraqi banks, and applied on sample consisting of 100 distributors in several administrative levels Director (Director, Director of the department, branch manager), and use questionnaire Head to collect data and information tool, and some private banks annual reports, has sought research to test a number of hypotheses main and branch on the relationships of the link between research variables, and to answer all questions related to the problem of search has reached search to a group of results , most notably the presence of correlation of the elements of knowledge management dimensions with strategic performance for its removal .

Corrosion Behavior of Nanocomposite Al-9 wt% Si Alloy Reinforced with Carbon Nanotubes

An effort is made to study the effect of composite nanocoating using aluminum-9%wt silicon alloys reinforced with different percentage (0.5,1,2,4)wt.% of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) using  plasma spraying. The effect of this composite on corrosion behavior for AA6061-T6 by extrapolation Tafel test in sea water 3.5wt% NaCl was invested. Static and Dynamic Behavior of Circularized Reinforced Concrete Columns Strengthened with Hybrid CFRP

In this study, three strengthening techniques, near-surface mounted NSM-CRFP, NSM-CFRP with externally bonding EB-CFRP, and hybrid CFRP with circularization were studied to increase the seismic performance of existing RC slender columns under lateral loads. Experimentally, 1:3 scale RC models were studied and subjected to both lateral static load and seismic excitation. In the dynamic test, a model was subjected to El Centro 1940 NS earthquake excitation by using a shaking table. Numerical Solution of Linear Fractional Differential Equation with Delay Through Finite Difference Method

This article addresses a new numerical method to find a numerical solution of the linear delay differential equation of fractional order , the fractional derivatives described in the Caputo sense. The new approach is to approximating second and third derivatives. A backward finite difference method is used. Besides, the composite Trapezoidal rule is used in the Caputo definition to match the integral term. The accuracy and convergence of the prescribed technique are explained. The results  are shown through numerical examples.

Synthesis, Characterization, Thermal Analysis and Structural Studies of New Complexes with Tetradentate Ligand

Some new complexes of 4-(5-(1,5-dimethyl-3-oxo-2-phenyl pyrazolidin-4- ylimino)-3,3-dimethyl cyclohexylideneamino) -1,5- dimethyl-2- phenyl -1H- pyrazol -3(2H) –one (L) with Mn(II), Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Pd(II), Re(V) and Pt(IV) were prepared. The ligand and its metal complexes were characterized by phisco- chemical spectroscopic techniques. The spectral data were suggested that the (L) as a neutral tetradentate ligand is coordinated with the metal ions through two nitrogen and two oxygen atoms.
