The study conducted to investigate the association between Helicobacter pylori infection and eye diseases (Glaucoma, Cataract, CSR and Uveitis). One hundred and four patients with multiple eye disorders (10-80) years were observed from 10/9 to 18/11/2020 and compared to thirty-one healthy people (19 female and 12 male). Thin films of iridium doped indium oxide (In2O3:Eu)with different doping ratio(0,3,5,7,and 9%) are prepared on glass and single crystal silicon wafer substrates using spray pyrolysis method. The goal of this research is to investigate the effect of doping ratio on of the structural, optical and sensing properties . The structure of the prepared thin films was characterized at room temperature using X-ray diffraction. The results showed that all the undoped and doped (In2O3:Eu)samples are polycrystalline in structure and nearly stoichiometric. UV-visible spectrophotometer in the wavelength range (200-1100nm)was used to determine the optical energy gap and optical constants. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the autoimmune diseases characterized by the synovial inflammation which causes organs and tissues damage especially synovial tissues and joints. The study included 50 serum samples from patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) when compared with 50 serum samples from healthy individuals as control with age range 35 – 60 years (41.3 ± 2.4 years vs. 41.0 ± 2.0 years, respectively). ELISA technique was used to assess the Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide IgG antibody (anti-CCP IgG Ab) level, anti-rheumatoid factor IgG antibody (anti-RF IgG) and anti-Cytomegalovirus (anti-CMV IgG) antibodies frequencies in the studied groups. The present findings demonstrated that all RA patients have 100% seropositive fr
