A simple, sensitive and accurate spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of salbutamol sulphate (SAB) and isoxsuprine hydrochloride (ISX) in pure and pharmaceutical dosage. Forty BPH patients and 40 healthy men from Amara city were involved in this study, their ages were between 40-59 year. This paper presents a novel derivative method to find the temperature distribution of the new design (inclined perforated) of the pin fin.
