    طبيعة البحث تهدف الى بيان دقة اختيار السياق القرآني لألفاظه فكل لفظة لايمكن ان يسد مسدها لفظ آخر وان كان مرادف له في الدلالة الا ان هناك من الفروق الدلالية الدقيقة بين تلك الألفاظ حتمّت على النص اختيار الفاظ  دون سواها وكيف ان للسياق الدور الاكبر في هذا الاختيار

This research aims to study and analyze the reality of monetary policy and financial sustainability in Iraq through either a descriptive or analytical approach by trying to link and coordinate between monetary policy and fiscal policy to enhance economic sustainability. This study deals with the fluctuations of oil revenues and its effect on the public debt. This can be studied through the indicators of debt sustainability, the financial, and economic indicators which express the risk of debt. The study focuses on clarification of the public debt path and its management both domestic and foreign. The sustainability of debt takes an important role according the macroeconomic variables.
