In this study, a new method is presented for ciphering data based on fingerprint features. This research is done by addressing plaintext message based on positions of extracted minutiae from fingerprint into a generated random text file regardless the size of data. Importance of Arabic language stemming algorithm is not less than that of other languages stemming in Information Retrieval (IR) field. Lots of algorithms for finding the Arabic root are available and they are mainly categorized under two approaches which are light (stem)-based approach and root-based approach. The latter approach is somehow better than the first approach. A new root-based stemmer is proposed and its performance is compared with Khoja stemmer which is the most efficient root-based stemmers. The accuracy ratio of the proposed stemmer is (99.7) with a difference (1.9) with Khoja stemmer.

  There are many researches deals with constructing an efficient solutions for real problem having Multi - objective confronted with each others. In this paper we construct a decision for Multi – objectives based on building a mathematical model formulating a unique objective function by combining the confronted objectives functions. Also we are presented some theories concerning this problem. Areal application problem has been presented to show the efficiency of the performance of our model and the method. Finally we obtained some results by randomly generating some problems.

     This work includes synthesis of new phenoxazine derivatives containing N-substituted phenoxazine starting from phenoxazine (1).10-nitrosyl phenoxazine was prepared through the reaction of phenoxazine with sodium nitrite to give compound (2), which reacted with zinc in acetic acid to give 10-amino phenoxazine (3). Condensation of compound (3) with benzoyl chloride, isovaleryl chloride and 4-bromophenacyl chloride gave 10-amido phenoxazine derivatives (4-6).

Algorithms for Arabic stemming available in two main types which are root-based approach and stem-based approach. Both types have problems which have been solved in the proposed stemmer which combined rules of both main types and based on Arabic patterns (Tafealat1) to find the added letters. The proposed stemmer achieved root exploration ratio (99.08) and fault ratio (0.9).

Reaction of compound (4) with phosphorous pentaoxide or phosphorus pentasulphide to gave 10-[N-methylene-1,3,4-oxadiazole] phenoxazine (5) and 10-[N-methylene-1,3,4-thiadiazole] phenoxazine (6).

Three complexes of copper(II) and iron(II) with mixed ligands acetylacetonebis(thio-semicarbazone)- ABTSH2 and benzaldazine- BA have been prepared and characterized using different physico-chemical techniques including the determination of metal contents, mole-cular weight, measurement of molar conductivity, magnetic moment, molar refraction, infrared and electronic spectra.
