The research aims to study the reliability of government institutions, including the audit directors, which are one of the most important oversight formations in the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, on which the responsibility for comprehensive auditing of all the Ministry's (municipalities) formations falls on the Managing the Audit Program according to the specification (ISO 19011: 2018) to improve the audit performance which requires compliance with the application of the audit management system in accordance with the standard Specification (ISO 19011: 2018), depending on the methodology of the case study, and using of checklists, which were chosen accordance to the terms Which the standard specification  (ISO19011: 2018) requires,  with doing interviewing's and reviewing documents and field observations and then we have measured the extent of application and documents by relying on data collection through field coexistence and conducting interviews and viewing documents, and The Pareto chart was used by the researcher to determine the requirements most influencing In the description field  of the  international ISO19011: 2018) and the use of the chart to determine the most important Ishikawa reasons that led to get gaps, The researcher has come to the conclusion that the possibility of applying the standard (ISO19011: 2018) in part in the researched model ((Directorate)) due to material and human factors related to the lack of financial resources and human cognitive experience, which requires more work to reach the results required to implement that standard.

The work in the directorate is strengthened according to international principles and standards taking place in various organizations at the local, regional and global levels which aims of ensuring sound auditing and thus reducing deviation and diffraction cases according to a specific audit system, The research depends on the latest version of the Specification Standard (ISO 19011), With a study of the reality of work in the Ministry of Construction, Housing and General Municipalities / Audit Directorate. This study is considered the first in the directorate, as the nature of its work is the closest to the specification.

CYTOTOXIC IMPACT OF OUTER MEMBRANE NANOVESICLES (OMVS) ON OVARIAN CANCER
...Show More Authors

This study focused on extracting the outer membrane nanovesicles (OMVs) from Escherichia coli BE2 (EC- OMVs) by ultracentrifugation, and the yield was 2.3mg/ml. This was followed by purification with gel filtration chromatography using Sephadex G-150, which was 2mg/ml. The morphology and size of purified EC-OMVs were confirmed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) at 40-200 nm. The nature of functional groups in the vesicle vesicle was determined by Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis. The antitumor activity of EC-OMVs was conducted in vitro by MTT assay in human ovarian (OV33) cancer cell line at 24,48 and 96hrs. The cytotoxicity test showed high susceptibility to the vesicles in ovarian compared to normal

Design Investigation of 4 × 4 Nonblocking Hybrid Plasmonic Electrooptic Switch
...Show More Authors

This paper proposes a compact, plasmonic-based 4 × 4 nonblocking switch for optical networks. This device uses six 2 × 2 plasmonic Mach-Zehnder switch (MZS), whose arm waveguide is supported by a JRD1 polymer layer as a high electro-optic coefficient material. The 4 × 4 switch is designed in COMSOL environment for 1550 nm wavelength operation. The performance of the proposed switch outperforms those of conventional (nonplasmonic) counterparts. The designed switch yields a compact structure ( 500 × 70   µ m 2 ) having V π L = 12   V · µ m , 1.5 THz optical bandwidth, 7.7 dB insertion loss, and −26.5 dB crosstalk. The capability of the switch to route 8 × 40 Gbps WDM signal is demonstrated successfully.

Intraoral Repair of Dental Ceramics Using Er,Cr:YSGG Laser: Review
...Show More Authors

Introduction: All-ceramic crowns are widely used in prosthodontics and cosmetic dentistry due to their good esthetic and proper physical properties. Chipping of ceramic is one of the most common post-insertion complications, that can be fixed either extraoral or intraorally. The latter is time time-effective alternative, less traumatic, and low-cost. A newer objective method of laser is a surface modification of ceramics to increase surface roughness. The aim of this study is to provide a review of Er,Cr;YSGG (2960nm) in intraoral repair and shear bond strength (SBS). Method: A thorough search considering Google Scholar and PubMed published data and ten articles found wh

Experimental Investigation of Moisture Sorption Isotherms for Mefenamic Acid Tablets
...Show More Authors

The moisture sorption isotherms of Mefenamic acid tablets were investigated by measuring the experimental equilibrium moisture content (EMC) using the static method of saturated salt solutions at three temperatures (25, 35, and 45°C) and water activity range from 0.056 to 0.8434. The results showed that EMC increased when relative humidity increased and the sorption capacity decreased, the tablets became less hygroscopic and more stable when the temperature increased at constant water activity. The sorption curves had a sigmoid shape, type II according to Brunauer’s classification. The hysteresis effect was significant along with the whole sorption process. The results were fitted to three models: Oswin, Smith, and Guggen
