Sustainable leadership and its impact on organizational happiness Analytical research in the General Tourism Authority in Baghdad
...Show More Authors

The current research aims to test the relationship of the impact of sustainable leadership as an independent variable in organizational happiness as a dependent variable, in the departments and divisions of the Tourism Authority, to come up with a set of recommendations that contribute to raising the level of organizational happiness in the authority. And based on the importance of the research topic in the General Authority, and the prominent role that this body plays in society, the researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach in carrying out this research, by collecting data from the departments and divisions staff of (160) respondents in an exclusively comprehensive manner, depending on the questionnaire. It contained (39) paragraphs, and with the help of field observations as tools to help in their collection. The researcher relied on the program (SPSS V.26, Smart PLS, Excel 2010) as well as the use of descriptive statistics methods (confirmatory factor analysis, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, simple linear regression, determination coefficient (R2), Analysis of the path, the relative importance, the Pearson correlation factor), while the most prominent conclusions reached by the researcher were that the Tourism Authority directs sustainable leadership practices positively in improving organizational happiness, through coherent diversity, employee development, orientation and progress, quality of work-life, as well as Organizational justice, in order, as well as the results of scientific research showed that the Tourism Authority has an interest in creating organizational happiness and enhancing it through its sustainable leadership. The research concluded with a number of recommendations that enhance the research variables in the Tourism Authority

Fabrication of TiO2 sensor using rapid breakdown anodization method to measure pressure, humidity and sense gases at room temperature
...Show More Authors

Rapid breakdown anodization (RBA) process was used to fabricate TiO2 sensor to measure pressure and humidity and sense gases at room temperature. This chemical process transformed Ti to its oxide (TiO2) as a powder with amorphous phase as X ray diffraction (XRD) technique confirmed.  This oxide consisted from semi spherical nanoparticles and titania nanotubes (TNTs) as Scanning electron microscope (SEM) technique showed.  TiO2 powder was deposited on Ti substrates by using electrophoretic deposition (EPD) method.   Average pressure sensitivity was 0.34 MΩ/bar and hysteresis area was 1.4 MΩ .bar. Resistance of TiO2 decreased exponentially with the increasing of relative

Using <scp>5G</scp> Standards for Smart Healthcare Applications and Designing an Artificial Intelligence‐Based Industry 4.0 Communication System
...Show More Authors
ABSTRACT<p>The introduction of Industry 4.0, to improve Internet of Things (IoT) standards, has sparked the creation of 5G, or highly sophisticated wireless networks. There are several barriers standing in the way of 5G green communication systems satisfying the expectations for faster networks, more user capacity, lower resource consumption, and cost‐effectiveness. 5G standards implementation would speed up data transmission and increase the reliability of connected devices for Industry 4.0 applications. The demand for intelligent healthcare systems has increased globally as a result of the introduction of the novel COVID‐19. Designing 5G communication systems presents research problems such as optimizing </p> ... Show More

Assessment of ApoE Gene Variants and Apob-100 R3500q Mutation as Genetic Risks for Dyslipidemia: A Case-Control Study
...Show More Authors

Background: Dyslipidemia is defined as an abnormally high level of various lipids in the blood. It is considered a major risk for atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease. Genetic susceptibility can have a significant influence on the development and progression of dyslipidemia. ApoB-100 R3500Q mutation and ApoE variants are among those genetic risks for dyslipidemia. This study aims to assess the possible contribution of ApoB and ApoE variants on lipid profile among a group of early-onset ischemic heart disease (IHD) patients in comparison to a group of controls. Methods: Forty patients with dyslipidemia and early-onset IHD without chronic conditions likely to cause derangement of lipid levels were recruited to this case-control study

A comparison among Different Methods for Estimating Regression Parameters with Autocorrelation Problem under Exponentially Distributed Error
...Show More Authors

Multiple linear regressions are concerned with studying and analyzing the relationship between the dependent variable and a set of explanatory variables. From this relationship the values of variables are predicted. In this paper the multiple linear regression model and three covariates were studied in the presence of the problem of auto-correlation of errors when the random error distributed the distribution of exponential. Three methods were compared (general least squares, M robust, and Laplace robust method). We have employed the simulation studies and calculated the statistical standard mean squares error with sample sizes (15, 30, 60, 100). Further we applied the best method on the real experiment data representing the varieties of

Abstract: The M(II) complexes [M2(phen)2(L)(H2O)2Cl2] in (2:1:2 (M:L:phen) molar ratio, (where M(II) =Mn(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and Hg(II), phen = 1,10-phenanthroline; L = 2,2'-(1Z,1'Z)-(biphenyl-4,4'-diylbis(azan-1-yl-1-ylidene))bis(methan-1-yl-1- ylidene)diphenol] were synthesized. The mixed complexes have been prepared and characterized using 1H and13C NMR, UV/Visible, FTIR spectra methods and elemental microanalysis, as well as magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements. The metal complexes were tested in vitro against three types of pathogenic bacteria microorganisms: Staphylococcus aurous, Escherichia coli, Bacillussubtilis and Pseudomonasaeroginosa to assess their antimicrobial properties. From this study shows that a

Development of the Properties of Zinc Polycarboxylate Cement Used as a Basis for Dental Fillings Using Zink Oxide Nanoparticles Prepared by Green Chemistry Method
...Show More Authors

Most dental supplies don't seem to be much of a barrier against germ infiltration. Therefore, the filling must be done with perfect caution and high antimicrobial effectiveness. When dental erosion occurs due to germs that lead to caries, a dental filling is used, creating a small microscopic space between the dental filling and the root end infiltration. This allowed the tooth to be penetrated for the second time, which was the research problem. Adding two compounds to antibacterial fillers (zinc polycarboxylate cement) made them work better: Firstly, was zinc oxide  (ZnO) that was made chemically, and secondly, was green ZnO nanoparticles that were made from orange peels and mixed with ZPCC in different amounts. The study was conducte
