This thesis aims at identifying:

1. The level of qualitative efficiency of higher studies students in educational and psychological fields in the colleges of education Baghdad according to the perspectives of both teachers and students.
2. The statistical differences in levels of qualitative efficiency of higher studies students in educational and psychological fields in the colleges of education in  Baghdad Collegeteacher's viewpoints with reference to the two variables of the scientific title and gender.

The institutions of higher education and scientific research are the strategic institutions in the field of investing the human resources.

Expenditure on such institutions is considered a long – term investment. Thus, the financial balancing in such institutions is not a traditional one.

These institutions are not for profit organizations.

Accordingly, they need to have accounting data that are calculated on an agreed upon cost basis due to the continuous growth in the expenditure on the services rendered by these institutions. These calls for the availability of tools that help rationalize the expenditure.

Patients who have lost the use of one or more of their upper extremities have difficulty performing activities of daily living. This study aimed at isolating uropathogenic Escherichia coli from urinary tract infections (UTIs) of human and cattle to examine the molecular diversity and phylogenetic relationship of the isolates. A total of 100 urine samples were collected from UTIs of human and cattle. The isolates identification was done using routine diagnostic methods and confirmed by Vitek2. Antimicrobial susceptibility was tested against 10 antimicrobials. Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was applied to identify the genetic diversity among E. coli isolates from human and animal origin by using five different octamer primers. The effect of laser radiation on human aorta, coronary, and pulmonary arteries, and pulmonary veins has been investigated. Xenon-Chloride (eximer), Nitrogen, and Nd-YAG pulsed lasers of wavelengths 308, 337, and 1060 nm respectively were used. Their effects on fresh postmortem tissues, normal and diseased, was studied. The diameter and depth of ablation of the exposed tissues, in air, were measured as a function of many factors related to the type of laser and nature of the tissue.
