This work reports the development of an analytical method for the simultaneous analysis of three fluoroquinolones; ciprofloxacin (CIP), norfloxacin (NOR) and ofloxacin (OFL) in soil matrix. The proposed method was performed by using microwave-assisted extraction (MAE), solid-phase extraction (SPE) for samples purification, and finally the pre-concentrated samples were analyzed by HPLC detector. The results of analyzing BVRI CCD photometry of the spiral galaxies NGC 7339, NGC 7537, and NGC 7541 are presented using the observations acquired with the 1.88m Kottamia telescope (Egypt). The overall structure of the galaxies is analyzed together with isophotal contour maps. The surface brightness profiles of the galaxies are decomposed to bulge and disk components by fitting a de Vaucouleurs law for the bulge and an exponential law for the disk to obtain photometric parameters for each component. The corrected total and absolute magnitudes and integrated color are also obtained and found to be close to the published values. The radial profiles of ellipticity, major-axis position angle, and color are also obtained and discussed.

The primary aim of the present study was to prepare a set of exercises on the multi-resistor VertiMax device and to identify the effect of these exercises on the development of the endurance of discus throwers under 16 years old. The design of the present study was experimental. Participants were selected using purposive sampling method. A total of 5 discuss players constituted the sample of the study. The authors found a significant improvement in the levels of endurance and performance as a result of the training on the VertiMax device. Therefore, it is recommendable to use exercises on the VertiMax device to improve the endurance and performance of under 16-years of age discus throwers.
