In this research, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) is prepared  through the Hummers method with a slight change in some of the work steps, thus, a new method has been created for preparing carbon nanotubes which is similar to the original Hummers method that is used to prepare graphene oxide.              Bioindicators have an important role in assessing the quality of water bodies. Aquatic oligocheates, was used as a bioindicator to assess the sediment quality of Al-Hindyia and AL-Abbasyia river (branches of Euphrates River in Iraq). Two sites in each river have been   chosen for this purpose, site S1 was located at Al-Hindyia River and S2 at Al-Abbasyia River.        In this paper, a fixed point theorem of nonexpansive mapping is established to study the existence and sufficient conditions for the controllability of nonlinear fractional control systems in reflexive Banach spaces. The result so obtained have been modified and developed in arbitrary space having Opial’s condition by using fixed point theorem deals with nonexpansive mapping defined on a set has normal structure.
