The aim of the present research is to construct a model to evaluate the software engineering subject in the third grade department of Computing, in colleges of education. Then, evaluating the software Engineering subject from the view point of staff members by applying the constructed model, and in order to achieve the second aim of the present research the researcher has to find answers to the following questions:- 1. What is the presence of the proposed evaluating model fields, which was prepared by the researcher for the third grade Soft Ware Engineering subject from the view point of staff members? 2. This paper introduces experimental results of eighteen simply supported reinforced concrete beams of cross sections ( ) and length 3000 mm to study the effect of lacing reinforcement on the performance of such beams under static and fatigue loads. Twelve reinforced concrete beams (two of them are casted with vertical shear reinforcement used as control beams) are tested under four points bending loading with displacement control technique and six laced reinforced concrete beams were exposed to high frequency (10 Hz) by fixing the fatigue load in each cycle.             The variation in wing morphological features was investigated using geometric morphometric technique of the Sand Fly from two Iraqi provinces Babylon and Diyala . We distributed eleven landmarks on the wings of Sand Fly species. By using the centroid size and shape together, all species were clearly distinguished.  It is clear from these results that the wing analysis is an essential method for future geometric morphometry studies to distinguish the species of Sand Flies in Iraq.
