يهدف هذا البحث إلي معرفة معنى اللغة وتجلياتها في نتاجات الاديب الإسرائيلي الأكثر جدلا في القرن العشرين، إلا وهو الاديب "موشيه سيملانسكي". فقد طغت صورة العربي في الكثير من أعماله الأدبية وتبوات مكانا واضحا، وكانت النظرة تجاهه، نظرة واضحة أيضا، فصورته لم تتغير بتغير الظروف والاتفاقيات، بشكل يتناسب وهذه الظروف، وإنما بقيت تراوح مكانها، ولم تتبدل بنظرة احترام على الأقل، بل على العكس من ذلك، فهناك بعض المطالبات

There is a theoretical controversy in the books of Usul al-Fiqh, in the past and the present, about whether the ruling should be attached to its reason (al-Hikmah), or its apparent and stable cause (al-Illah). Looking at the practical cases of the jurists, we found them sometimes attaching rulings to its reason, and sometimes to its cause, so there is a need to know the factors that affect their choices. By extrapolation, the researcher reached at nine factors that affect referring the ruling to its cause or to its reason in jurisprudential cases.

This day, we see the Significant role that social media platforms play, it plays a vital role in shaping the Social, political, and economic awareness of individuals. The Iraqi Society, which is experiencing rapid cultural and social transformations, is considered a fertile ground for social media and its influences, whether negative or positive. The current study deals with the Islamic Arab  of Mongolian invasion  in  the Island of Euphrates. We have exposed  conditions of  Levant  before the Mongolian invasion and that includes   situations of princess  of Levant and their  caliphates , they have been unaware  the danger surrounding them  and their country.
