Mefenamic acid was esterified with starchwith[1:1] Molar ratio, as drug substituted with natural polymer, to prolongthe period of hydrolysis of drug polymer with other advantages. The new prodrug starch was characterized by FT-IR and UV-Visible and 1H-NMR spectroscopies. The physical properties were studied and controlled drug release was studied in different pH values at 37oC. The stability of drug was carried out by measuring the absorbance of mefenamic starch which hydrolyzed in HCl solution of pH 1.1 (artificial gastric fluid) and phosphate buffer of pH 7.4 (simulating intestinal fluid SIF) at 37oC for several days. The thermal analysis such as DSC was studied.

The present study was included the isolation of Keratinophilic fungi from water samples taken from 19 indoor public swimming pools in Baghdad during four season (summer ,fall ,spring ,and winter). Isolation period was September 2011and September 2012 . Samples were collected from different places in swimming pool . Sixteen keratinophilic fungal species, belonging to twenty –one genera were isolated using Surface Dilution Plating (SDP) and Hair Bait Technique (HBT) . Aspergillus genus was the most frequent and occurrence (19.84%), followed by Trichophyton (11.60%) and Fusarium (7.59% ) . The study was aimed to investigate the morbidity of enteritis in goate from 2007 to 2011 by using 149 records contained veterinarian and breeding records from birth to yearling age to study factors refer to animals and that in relationship with enteritis morbidity included: breed, year, birth type, sex, birth weight, weaning weight, mother weight, season and age. General mean for enteritis incident rate was 0.94% and this not affected by birth type, sex, weaning weight, maternal weight, while significantly (p<0.05) affected by breed and birth weight and highly significant affect by year, season and age. This study indicated that local goats and shami have incidence rate received to 1.30% and 1.36% while for cross goats (local x Shami)

The present study dealt with taxonomic characters of species Zygophyllum fabago L. in Iraq . this study included the exo-morphological characters which indicated that the species was sub-shrub with solid stem and swallow nodes ,with compound bifoliate and stipulate leaves, the flower is complete and perfect with clawed petals . stamen colored with scaly appendage , fruit capsule with ribs . Accurate predictive tools for VLE calculation are always needed. A new method is introduced for VLE calculation which is very simple to apply with very good results compared with previously used methods. It does not need any physical property except each binary system need tow constants only. Also, this method can be applied to calculate VLE data for any binary system at any polarity or from any group family. But the system binary should not confirm an azeotrope.      Measuring goat weight on a farm is carried out by two methods. The first method conventionally measures the chest girth (CG) and body length (BL), while the second is performed using a scale. This study aimed to facilitate the CG and BL measurements to estimate goat weight more efficiently through image processing. The endpoints of CG and BL were determined automatically using binary large object (BLOB) segmentation.
