Towards building an educational system free of scientific corruption (Applied study in a sample of colleges of higher education in Iraq within the framework of the government program and the directions of the Supreme Council for Combating Corruption)
...Show More Authors

Nations are developed with education and knowledge that raise the status of society in its various segments, beyond that it leads to underdevelopment and deterioration in various sectors, whether economic, health, social, etc. If we considered the general name of The ministry of Education & Scientific Studies, then the second part seems to be not functioning, since scientific research has no material allocation and remains based on the material potential of the university professor. As for the first half of the topic, the reality of the situation reveals problems related to the Holy Trinity of Education which is (Professor - Student - the scientific method) where universities suffer at the present time from this problem, and the situation became worse with the appearance of private universities that operate according to their own agendas.

Therefore, this research has been prepared to build an educational system free of scientific corruption (applied study in a sample of colleges of higher education in Iraq within the framework of the government program and the directions of the Supreme Council against Corruption). The researchers followed two methods, the first of which was devoted to presenting the intellectual framework of the study through the use of research and studies related to the subject of the research, while the second dealt with the applied side, which was implemented by preparing a two-part questionnaire, the first part represents information about people from the staff and teaching staff, this part consists of three axes: (Trinity University Education / Program The government program and the orientations of the Supreme Council for Combating Corruption, Postgraduate Studies), A random sample consisting of (63) singles distributed on the headquarters of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research by (15) questionnaires and Baghdad University / Jadriya by (15) questionnaires and the universities of Kufa and the Middle Euphrates by (18) questionnaires and finally the University of Karbala by (15) questionnaires, and in light of that Data were collected and analyzed and hypotheses tested using the statistical software (spss).

The researchers reached a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which is that the triad of higher education (professor-student-curriculum) is still below the level of ambition.

The researchers also presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the importance given to the essence of the educational process and thus the Trinity known (Professor-student-curriculum) as a basic step in order to stand up to scientific corruption in all its forms.

Mindfulness and Its Relation to Self Regulated Learning Among University Students
...Show More Authors

Mindfulness is considered a process to draw an image of the active event and to creat new social varieties which leaves the individuals open to modernity and to be sensitive towards the context. in contrast, when individuals act with less attention, they need to be more determined concerning the varieties and events of the past . and as a result , they become unaware of the characteristics that creat the individual condition .The problem of the current study is represented in asking about the nature of the possible relationship between mindfulness and self-regulated learning within specific demographic frame of an importantsocial category represented in university students where no previous researches nor theories have agreed on the natu

Digital Speech Files Encryption based on Hénon and Gingerbread Chaotic Maps
...Show More Authors

Speech encryption approaches are used to prevent eavesdropping, tracking, and other security concerns in speech communication. In this paper, a new cryptography algorithm is proposed to encrypt digital speech files. Initially, the digital speech files are rearranged as a cubic model with six sides to scatter speech data. Furthermore, each side is encrypted by random keys that are created by using two chaotic maps (Hénon and Gingerbread chaotic maps). Encryption for each side of the cube is achieved, using the based map vector that is generated randomly by using a simple random function. Map vector that consists of six bits, each bit refers to one of the specific chaotic maps that generate a random key to encrypt each face of the cube. R

Data mining has the most important role in healthcare for discovering hidden relationships in big datasets, especially in breast cancer diagnostics, which is the most popular cause of death in the world. In this paper two algorithms are applied that are decision tree and K-Nearest Neighbour for diagnosing Breast Cancer Grad in order to reduce its risk on patients. In decision tree with feature selection, the Gini index gives an accuracy of %87.83, while with entropy, the feature selection gives an accuracy of %86.77. In both cases, Age appeared as the most effective parameter, particularly when Age<49.5. Whereas Ki67 appeared as a second effective parameter. Furthermore, K- Nearest Neighbor is based on the minimum err

Determine, Predict and Map Soil pH Level by Fiber Optic Sensor
...Show More Authors
Abstract
Soil pH is one of the main factors to consider before undertaking any agricultural operation. Methods for measuring soil pH vary, but all traditional methods require time, effort, and expertise. This study aimed to determine, predict, and map the spatial distribution of soil pH based on data taken from 50 sites using the Kriging geostatistical tool in ArcGIS as a first step. In the second step, the Support Vector Machines (SVM) machine learning algorithm was used to predict the soil pH based on the CIE-L*a*b values taken from the optical fiber sensor. The standard deviation of the soil pH values was 0.42, which indicates a more reliable measurement and the data distribution is normal.

Crude Oil Price Forecasts Using Support Vector Regression and Technical Indicators
...Show More Authors

Oil price forecasting has captured the attention of both researchers and academics because of the unique characteristics of crude oil prices and how they have a big impact on a lot of different parts of the economic value of the product. As a result, most academics use a lot of different ways to predict the future. On the other hand, researchers have a hard time because crude oil prices are very unpredictable and can be affected by many different things. This study uses support vector regression (SVR) with technical indicators as a feature to improve the prediction of the monthly West Texas Intermediate (WTI) price of crude oil. The root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) measur

Emotional Intelligence and its Relationship with Psychological Depression among University Students
...Show More Authors

The psychological scientific studies suggest that basic human situations stem from human emotional abilities and those with a lack of emotional intelligence are unable to cope with life, which might lead to anxiety and psychological depression. The current study aimed to investigate this problem by identifying the level of emotional intelligence and psychological depression among the students of the University of Anbar. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers created two questionnaires: 1) to measure emotional intelligence. 2) to measure psychological depression and applied these questionnaires on (300) students. The results revealed that the participants showed a high level of emotional intelligence with a low level of p
