          Five sites were chosen to the north of Babil Governorate in   order to identify the limnological features and the impact of the Hindiya Dam during 2019. Site2 was located near the dam to reflect the ecological features of this site, whereas other sites, S1 was located at the upstream of the dam as a control site. Moreover, the two other sites S3 and S4 were located down the dam. The results of  the  study  showed  a  close  correlation  between air and water temperature at all sites. In the last two decades, arid and semi-arid regions of China suffered rapid changes in the Land Use/Cover Change (LUCC) due to increasing demand on food, resulting from growing population. In the process of this study, we established the land use/cover classification in addition to remote sensing characteristics. This was done by analysis of the dynamics of (LUCC) in Zhengzhou area for the period 1988-2006. Interpretation of a laminar extraction technique was implied in the identification of typical attributes of land use/cover types. Aim: is to report a case of trans-oral pin, penetrating base of skull and upper cervical region, which is rarely reported in the literatures and to compare it with other studies reporting similar case.
Patients Methods: the details, the presentation, both clinical and radiological finding, and surgical approach of such a case are presented.
Results: the diagnosis was verified with plain x-rays and C.T. scan with bone study. Surgery was conducted under G.A., the patient was recovered well without neurological deficit.
Conclusion: meticulous and close pre-operative care with safe operator and careful fellow up is mandatory. Surgery only offers the best chance of care.
