The purpose of the theme of redesign of jobs one of the topics the task that offers the possibility for individuals to perform several tasks in the organization of health at the same time gain experience and diverse skills and achieve compatibility between the requirements of the most appropriate function and organization of the hand ,hence, the idea of studying the redesign of jobs of the division of blood transfusion services in the department of health Baghdad Rusafa to change the conventional methods used in the performance of functions ,which are no longer able to meet the needs of patients where blood transfusion is a key ingredient in health care and equal access to safe blood is needed worldwide ,and blood donation is a humanitarian action that contributes to saving the lives of thousands of patients whose medical condition on the need for blood transfusion ,which led to the emergence of the need to introduce new methods able to achieve quick results and superior performance in jobs, where they identified the problem of the study to identify the most important reasons to follow the style of the redesign of jobs in the blood transfusion services was used in the study to collect information the theory , organization and approach to the analysis in the field data collection using a chick list. the most important court conclusions reach were The blood transfusion services need to promotional activities and education directed to the general community groups aimed at providing safe blood for all and Lack of specialized personnel work in the field of blood transfusion services and the lack of specialized courses in the blood tests and Non-current use of modern technology and advanced means of communication in the transfer of data and information and The lack of a clear program to provide safety measures and occupational safety of workers and provide protection from injuries and the risk function in job ,The most important recommendations was The need to strengthen blood transfusion services and specialized cadres with experience in the field of job and Enhanced flexibility in the job , thereby helping to achieve a balance between personal needs and requirements of the post and Providing the freedom and independence in the performance of the function in way to use different skills and The need for a database and information on the computer the actual balances of the different types of blood and The need to establish training courses for personnel and provide support and honor them in order to promote a sense of appreciation and recognition from the administration about the completion of jobs .

This research aims to identify the vigilant personality of University teachers in term of gender. To this end, the researcher used the scale of Al-tememe (2017) for the vigilant personality, the scale was administered to the sample of the study which was (100) male and female teachers. The results have shown that university teachers generally have a vigilant personality, as well as the result showed a difference between male and female teachers on the level of vigilant personality in favor of males. In the light of these results the researcher has come with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
The aim of this research is to measure the logical maturity of kindergarten children. To achieve this aim, the researcher adopted the scale of Gold Schmid and Bentler (1968), which was translated to the Arabic language by Shabili (1988). The scale was administered to a sample of (100) kindergarten children were chosen randomly from a number of kindergartens in Baghdad city for the academic year (2017-2018).
