In This Paper, some semi- parametric spatial models were estimated, these models are, the semi – parametric spatial error model (SPSEM), which suffer from the problem of spatial errors dependence, and the semi – parametric spatial auto regressive model (SPSAR). The study aims to diagnose the levels of total costs borne by the Diyala State Company, then estimate and analyze the quantitative relationship between the different items of these costs, in addition to the impact of the productive activity on them.
