In this paper, a comparison between horizontal and vertical OFET of Poly (3-Hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as an active semiconductor layer (p-type) was studied by using two different gate insulators (ZrO2 and PVA). The electrical performance output (Id-Vd) and transfer (Id-Vg) characteristics were investigated using the gradual-channel approximation model. The device shows a typical output curve of a field-effect transistor (FET).     In view of the fact that high blood pressure is one of the serious human diseases that a person can get without having to feel them, which is caused by many reasons therefore it became necessary to do research in this subject and to express these many factors by specific causes through studying it using (factor analysis).

  So the researcher got to the five factors that explains only 71% of the total variation in this phenomenon is the subject of the research, where ((overweight)) and ((alcohol in abundance)) and ((smoking)) and ((lack of exercise)) are the reasons that influential the most in the incidence of this disease.

   A simple and smart algorithm was presented to recognize car plates in parking at the College of Science for Women, University of Baghdad, Iraq. The study consists of recording video clips of all cars parked in the selected area. The studied camera heights were1m and 2m, and the video clips were 19 and 30. Images were extracted from the video clip to be used for training data for the cascade method. Haar classification was used to detect license plates after the training step. Viola-jones algorithm was applied to the output of Haar’s data for both camera heights (1m and 2m). The accuracy was calculated for all data with different weather conditions and local time recoding. The accuracy is 100% for all data in this study.
