The research problem revolves around the Iraqi public's use of digital television and cinematic websites، and their importance to the academic study and society، as it examines the public's relationship with these websites، usage habits، and the reasons for their interaction with them. And for the prevalence of this phenomenon of use، it was necessary to address the intensity، intentionality، and timing of use to theoretically root the subject of the study، which is one of the modern studies in Iraq and the Arab world. The survey approach، where the research was based on the theory of uses and gratifications that confer positivity and activity on the mass media audience.

    This work aims to analyse the dynamic behaviours of the forest pest system. We confirm the forest pest system in plane for limit cycles bifurcating existence from a Hopf bifurcation under certain conditions by using the first Lyapunov coefficient and the second-order of averaging theory. It is shown that all stationary points in this system have Hopf bifurcation points and provide an estimation of the bifurcating limit cycles.

In this paper, there are two main objectives. The first objective is to study the relationship between the density property and some modules in detail, for instance; semisimple and divisible modules. This field experiment, was conducted to investigate a comparison of two methods for harvesting potatoes: mechanical and handy when using moldboard and chisel plow for primary tillage and three different distances for planting tubers in the rows 15, 25, and 35 cm in silt clay loam soil south of Baghdad. The factorial experiment followed a randomized complete block design with three replications using L.S.D. 5 % and 1 %. Mechanical harvest recorded the best valid potato tubers at 88.78 %, marketable yield of 31.74 ton. ha-1, efficiency lifted 95.68 %, tubers damage index 28.41, speeding up the harvesting process and reducing time and effort. In this paper, the nonclassical approach to dynamic programming for the optimal control problem via strongly continuous semigroup has been presented. The dual value function VD ( .,. ) of the problem is defined and characterized. We find that it satisfied the dual dynamic programming principle and dual Hamilton Jacobi –Bellman equation. Also, some properties of VD (. , .) have been studied, such as, various kinds of continuities and boundedness, these properties used to give a sufficient condition for optimality. A suitable verification theorem to find a dual optimal feedback control has been proved. Finally gives an example which illustrates the value of the theorem which deals with the sufficient condition for optimality.
