Many managers in geometrical and technical organizations prefer to deal with quantitative values to choose between the available options and choose the best alternative to avoid randomization and bias in decision making. One of them Baghdad Water Department, which seeks to develop the quality of its product (drinking water) and achieve its objectives under increasing growing population and the demand for water, Some of TQM tools, especially the statistical, have this ability because there is chance to use historical data and experiment of employees in Application . Two statistical tools were applied: the nominal group technique, matrix data analysis technique as well as the brainstorming tool to search for the best option for the organization to improve the quality of its operations and the quality of its final product. To achieve the success factors of these sessions according to the literature, studies and sources that showed the ways of using this tool as well as the steps to apply the techniques of the nominal group, and analysis of the data matrix next to the theoretical, And to determine the criteria, determinants and advantages of these options by taking the arithmetic mean of the views of the research sample regarding this, then analyzing these data and filtering the best alternative and arranging the criteria using these tools. The results ensure ability of these tools for use in the research organization, also revealed the possibility of improving the quality of the operations and the final product in the Directorate of Water Baghdad governorate through the expansion of existing projects and increase production capacities as a precedence at the expense of the establishment of new projects, or the establishment of Small water units.

Irrigation with buried vertical ceramic pipe is known as a very effective in management of irrigation water. The two- dimensional transient flow of water from a buried vertical ceramic pipe through homogenous porous media is simulated numerically using the software HYDRUS/2D to predict empirical formulas that describe the predicted results accurately. Different values of pipe lengths and hydraulic conductivity were selected. In addition, different values of initial volumetric soil water content were assumed in this simulation a
... Show Morestudy was conducted on a stretch of Tigris river crossing Baghdad city to determine the concentration of some chlorophenols pollutants. Aqueous samples were preliminary enriched about 500 times and the chlorophenols have determined using high performance liquid chromatography HPLC. Limits of detection LOD were (0.007–0.012 mg L-1), relative standard deviations RSD% were 2.4%–5.59% and relative recoveries were 51.06%– 104.07%. The existence of chlorophenols in Tigris river was in the range 0.023–4.596 mg L-1. The developed method suggested in this study can be applied for routine analysis and monitoring of chlorinated phenols in environmental aqueous samples.
The purpose of the theme of redesign of jobs one of the topics the task that offers the possibility for individuals to perform several tasks in the organization of health at the same time gain experience and diverse skills and achieve compatibility between the requirements of the most appropriate function and organization of the hand ,hence, the idea of studying the redesign of jobs of the division of blood transfusion services in the department of health Baghdad Rusafa to change the conventional methods used in the performance of functions ,which are no longer able to meet the needs of patients where blood transfusion is a key ingredient in health care and equal access to safe blood is needed

The PV/EC hybrid system has the prosperous advantage of producing electrical energy and cooling the PV panel besides providing cooled-humid air. Two cooling techniques were utilized: backside evaporative cooling (case #1) and combined backside evaporative cooling with a front-side water spray technique (case #2). The water spraying on the front side of the PV panel is intermittent to minimize water and power consumption depending on the PV panel temperature. In addition, two pad thicknesses of 5 cm and 10 cm were investigated at three different water flow rates of 1, 2, and 3 lpm. In Case #1,

Underground (geothermal energy) water used to extract heat from it during cooling and cleaning of PV panels. An experimental test rig was constructed and tested under hot and dusty climate conditions in Baghdad. An active cooling system was used with auxiliary an underground water tank to provide cold water as a coolant over both PV surfaces to reduce its temperature. The cellulose pad has been arranged on the back surface and sprays cooling on the front side. Two identical PV panels modules used: without cooling and evaporative water cooling. The experiments are comprised of four cases: Case (I): backside cooling, Ca
