The main objective of the audit is The asset is maintained and operated efficiently and is done through to detect fraud and errors in the financial statements and to verify the accuracy and accuracy of the information contained therein and to give a neutral technical opinion on the basis of that, thus the auditor has a professional responsibility in achieving this goal, and that the effects of issuing a wrong opinion works on The loading of the beneficiaries is significant damage, And therefore the presence of any error or bias of the auditor when taking personal judgments in relation to the determination of the relative importance and the selection of audit samples and determine the adequacy and validity of evidence and implementation of the analytical procedures and audit of the accounting estimates, reflected negatively on the quality of his final report, and for this is limiting the personal judgment of the auditor is necessary from While rationalizing it through international auditing standards, The purpose of the research is to clarify the concept and determinants of the auditor's personal judgments when performing audit work, preparing the report, determining the role of international auditing standards in reducing the auditor's personal judgment, and determining the relationship between the auditor's personal judgment and the quality of his report. The researchers reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is when the auditor performs his personal provisions, he is committed to implementing the requirements of the international auditing standards at a high rate, which is close to the ideal state of compliance ratio, which helps in reducing the risk of personal judgment of the auditor and reducing them. As a result, the auditors' compliance with the requirements of international auditing standards that limit personal judgments and lead to quality reports in terms of accuracy, objectivity, timeliness and clarity. The research concluded with a set of recommendations, namely: the necessity of researchers' interest in the subject of limiting the auditor's personal judgments and attention to the entrance of the standards of ethical and professional conduct, as well as the international auditing standards as the most important approaches used in reducing personal judgments With training activities related to personal governance and enhancing awareness and confidence in it to enhance the expertise of auditors
Background: Tooth wear is one of the most common problems in the older dentate population which results from the interaction of three processes (attrition, abrasion and erosion) and it affects all societies, different age groups, and all cultures. This study was achieved to evaluate the prevalence and distribution of tooth wear among institutionalized residents in Baghdad city\ Iraq. Subjects and Methods: This survey was accomplished on four private and one governmental institution in Baghdad city. One-hundred twenty three (61 males, 62 females) aged 50-89 years were participated in this study. The diagnosis and recording of tooth wear were according to criteria of Smith and Knight. Results: The prevalence of tooth wear was 100% with a mean

A study was carried out to analysis of some heavy metals in nine different types of vinegar, belong to Grape, Apple, Synthetic White, Date, Hawthorn, Garlic, Cactus, Pomegranate and Ginger vinegar, which are locally available in Iraqi folk medicine markets. The concentrations of heavy metals in the studied samples including, Cr, Mg, Mn, Zn, Fe, Cd, Ni, Pb and Ag, were determining by using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. All data were subjected to statistical analysis by calculating accuracy, precision and correlation coefficient for each concentrations level. The results indicate that Ni was recorded the highest concentration in all studied samples except, Ginger and cactus vinegar, each one receded the highest concentration valu
... Show MoreA single specimen of the African catfish, Clarias gariepinus, was recorded for the first time in Baghdad, Iraq. The specimen was caught during a fish survey to document some local species in northern Baghdad (Al-Rusafa) on March 21, 2023. The total length of the specimen was 43 cm, and its weight was 590 grams. Some biometric measurements of the specimen were studied and found to be consistent with the general characteristics of the African catfish Clarias gariepinus (Burchell, 1822). It is possible that the fish entered Iraqi inland waters, specifically from the Euphrates River via Syria or from the Tigris River via Turkey.
This paper aims to study the effect of circular Y-shaped fin arrangement to improve the low thermal response rates of a double-tube heat exchanger containing Paraffin phase change material (PCM). ANSYS software is employed to perform the computational fluid dynamic (CFD) simulations of the heat exchanger, including fluid flow, heat transfer, and the phase change process. The optimum state of the fin configuration is derived through sensitivity analysis by evaluating the geometrical parameters of the Y-shaped fin. For the same height of the fins (10 mm), the solidification time is reduced by almost 22%, and the discharging rate is enhanced by almost 26% using Y-shaped fins compared with the straight fins. The results demonstrate that the sol

Sometimes poverty takes multidimensional trends through education and health. The research aims at studying multidimensional poverty in Iraq by using panelized regression methods, to analyze Big Data sets from demographical surveys collected by the Central Statistical Organization in Iraq. We choose classical penalized regression method represented by The Ridge Regression, Moreover; we choose another penalized method which is the Smooth Integration of Counting and Absolute Deviation (SICA) to analyze Big Data sets related to the different poverty forms in Iraq. Euclidian Distanc

Show MoreThis article uses coupled Eulerian–Lagrangian finite element algorithm to conduct a three-dimensional thermomechanical study to capture the shape and characteristics of defect type generated while achieving the dissimilar friction stir welding of aluminium alloys. The volume-of-fluid method is used to model the Eulerian region and predict the localised formation of process defects. Three different tool shapes are utilised to achieve the dissimilar friction stir welding joining between AA 2024-T3 on the advancing side and AA 6061-T6 on the retreating side. Process parameter effects such as rotational tool speed, traverse tool speed and tool tilt angle are also investigated. The finite element model results are validated by comparing with t
